Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom two story house, conveniently located within 10 minutes drive away from Niagara Falls and 12 minutes from the breath- taking sights of Niagara Falls. Complete your memorable vacation and enjoy your 5-Stars experience using top-of-the line amenities! The House comes with an envious private backyard and 1750 Sqft of living space. The house is in the corner and crosses to a fantastic Trail. Very Peaceful and quiet area. Our house is ideally suited to 8 guests. As you walk down the hall you will be greeted with our open-concept kitchen, beautiful furnished with overhead cabinets. A Lovely dining table with four chairs and a food island. All cooking essentials are what you would need for a week-end getaway. This Includes brand new st. st full appliances set, Oven, Microwave, dish washer, Fridge with water line and ice cubes line. Next to the kitchen is the living room with a large cushy couch. Windows viewing the fantastic trail trees. Window Curtains for your privacy. . Need some quality rest and relaxation? No Problem! Each bedroom has ample space for you to store your belongings, as well as queen bed size and single-sized mattress hotel quality linens and soft. Fluffy belows designed for maximum comfort. The second floor contains 4 bedrooms with 1 queen bed, 3 Twin beds, 2 guest bed, and Baby crib with mattress. Stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. A dedicated room for a brand new washer and dryer with an ironing table.
