The private sanctuary boasts a large solar heated pool complete with gas heated spa, large entertaining deck with weber bbq, cubby house and trampoline for the kids all within the fully fenced yard.
Comfortably sleeping 10 guests over 4 bedrooms this retreat is tastefully decorated with enough space to keep the whole family happy even with a dedicated kids living bedroom space.
Located in a sought after location in Rye, only a short distance to beach, shops and restaurants and only a short 8 minute drive to Peninsula Hot Spring and Alba Thermal Springs & Spa.
Featuring 2 living spaces at opposite ends of the house, both with air conditioning units that service these living spaces and the bedrooms, both with comfy couches, the main living space off the kitchen has a dining table, gas log fire place boasting in natural light from all directions.
Leading out to the main outdoor living space with outdoor table, bbq and umbrella, moving down to the fully fenced pool area with lounge chairs.
Other features include full size kitchen with butlers pantry, dishwasher and coffee machine (beans), laundry with washing machine and dryer, wifi, smart TV’s, high chair, stair gate, porta cot (please bring your own cot linen)

Very impressed with the property and the host. Would highly recommend this property to others. It is exactly what the advertisement and details suggest. Great vibe in the pool area and garden with heaps of house space to relax in and unwind.

Wonderful catch up with old friends

The property is beautiful spacious, and full of natural light. Perfect spaces to have big long chats and catch ups with old friends. Close to the hot springs and to Sorrento and Portsea for dinners and lunches. I would recommend this property to groups and families… although close to amenities the beautiful surrounding gardens and plants made us feel tucked away in the wilderness..

The house and location were great. It was perfect for our large family over the Christmas period. There were a few things that we were disappointed about on our arrival and/or during our stay:- The oven and barbecue were both very dirty despite it being a requirement of departing guest to clean- The outside areas had not been swept or blown and were covered in tree debris. This included the cubby house and trampoline which had not been attended to in a very long time.- The pool was dirty and obviously had not been checked prior to our weeklong arrival- The house was clean and tidy but closer Inspection showed it could have been better attended to with lots of dead flies on window windowsills and cobwebs on windows- The driveway area was overgrown and I was unable to get my vehicle down the driveway until we cut back all of the greenery. - there was also no exhaust in the toilet so after guests had finished, there was no way of extracting the smell. For a weeklong rental at Christmas time at the price we were expected to pay these were some items that we were disappointed about.
