This stunning, recently renovated beach house has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas and ducted airconditioning plus a sparkling freshwater pool with limestone surrounds. Designer kitchen with 900mm gas stove. A spacious patio for outdoor entertaining with barbecue, pizza oven and outdoor setting. The property is fully fenced. Close to golf course, Swan Bay waterfront and river, short walk over bridge to cafes. There is off street parking which allows plenty of room for cars and boats. Table tennis table in games room. Sleeps 10 (4 queens and 4 singles) WIFI. Available by request 7Kw Type 2 Fast Charger for Electric and Hybrid Vehicles (BYO Charging Lead). THIS PROPERTY IS NOT PET FRIENDLY AND LINEN IS NOT SUPPLIED. Linen can be hired from us and the cost is $22 per person.
