Strictly no parties or events. It is super important to us that our guests are respectful of our neighbourhood and surroundings. Keeping excessive noise to a minimum is very important to us, as it allows us to co-exist peacefully with our neighbours.

- Kindly respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially in the backyard during the evening.

- Pets are welcome, we just ask that they’re not allowed on the beds or couches, please.

- Standard check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 10AM unless a later check-out has been arranged with your host.
