Including Asian Grocery Store. Only 6 minutes drive to Launceston's CBD. The property has a big backyard and it is a perfect place for friends and families to enjoy their private and relaxing time.

Terrible

Only 4 towels for 5 people House is old and not clean. It is not a cottage rather a 1950’s or 60’s weatherboard . A used bar of soap in the shower with black hair in it. Wet hand towel in the bathroom so no useable hand towel Dishes still in the drying rack on arrival A 2 seater couch and an armchair and 2 footstools is not enough for 5 adults The rear garden is rough and not inviting All the beds are double and mattresses not at all comfortable The house is located in an average area of town The toilet was dirty I would not recommend anyone stay there nor would I stay there again. For the price it is a total rip off and falls well below what you would expect for a property listed on Stayz.
