The Space:
The Retreats at Lantana are less than half a block from a public beach access
and provide a super fun stay for your family! This condo is located on the
ground floor, and we manage all four condos at this location.
This well-maintained & clean four-unit building features two three-bedroom
units upstairs and two two-bedroom condos downstairs. This listing is for one
of the two-bedroom units on the ground floor on the left side if you were
facing the building from the street. Book multiple units if you need more
space. Maximum occupancy for Unit #1 is 8 people, though no recommended due to
bedding.
The condo offers easy walkable access to the beach, while it is a bit dated
and not fully remodeled, it still has granite counters, high ceilings, &
stainless appliances. This condo includes two dedicated off-street parking
spaces.
The property is pet-friendly, allowing one dog for an additional fee. However,
pets are not allowed in the common areas by the pool, as it may disturb other
guests.
The Retreats feature front entrance access from the street as well as a back
door from inside the condo to the pool.
The condo offers free high-speed WiFi for work or play, though spectrum
internet can be spotty at times, generally it is fine.
All tile floors, ample bedding, a fully equipped kitchen with all pots, pans,
dishes, etc with an open concept design are just a few of the amenities
offered. The private pool behind the condo is shared among the four units.
We provide two community-use gas grills, but please bring your own LP propane
tank if you'd like to use them and they are first come/first serve on use.
The pool area includes a pergola/patio and sun loungers to watch the kids
swim. The pool is not heated, but it is professionally cleaned and ready for
your family.
This condo is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs. As you enter the
condo, you will see the kitchen with counter stools, a dining table, a flat-
screen Smart TV, and a pull-out couch.
Two full baths are present, one of which is en suite and connected to the
master bedroom. The condo includes a king bed in the master bedroom, two
singles in the second bedroom, and the pull-out couch previously mentioned. An
airbed and pump are also available for additional sleeping space, but please
bring bedding.
There are two coin-operated washers and dryers on the premises that are shared
among all four units if you need to do laundry. The property is professionally
managed by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd on the Island. For stays of
three nights or more, we offer complimentary linen and towel exchange at our
office across the street from the Kraken Bar & Grill.
We provide a starter pack of basic soaps, dishwasher pods, and trash bags, but
please note that these are not unlimited or replenished. Sheets, pillowcases,
hand towels, bath towels, and washcloths are all provided in the rate you see
but are not restocked nor unlimited.
We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th,
as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us
we would love to hook you up if you qualify!
Property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips locally at 2600 Padre
Blvd 78597 here on the Island. We provide an E-door code by 3 pm the day of
check in via text message to the number on file.
Up to 8 people, including infants, are allowed at any time. This is a family-
oriented property, so parties are not permitted, and quiet time is from 9 pm
to 9 am. Please read and agree to all house rules before booking.
The primary tenant must be 25 years of age or older to book and must be
present at check-in. Please contact us before booking if you are under 25
additional requirements do apply and must be pre approved, Please note max is
2 cars and if you park on side of street you will be towed at your own
expense.
We require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking.
To maintain our City of South Padre Island rental license, you must sign the
rental agreement via DocuSign before arrival for check-in with the door code.
You must attach a photo of your ID or upload it to messaging to verify your
age as 25 or older.
