Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing we'd change is the internet went off and on at times, which made watching tv and talking on the phone tricky. Loved the location and appreciate the interactions with management!

House was almost perfect!

The house was great with two exceptions, they need new shower heads and it’s a little further from town than expected. Other than those two things the house was great. Right on the beach about 25 yards from the water depending on the tide. The house was clean and provided adequate amenities. Oceano rental management was awesome and very helpful. The only real issue with the house is the location being further from Rocky Point main than we usually stay. The house is about 30 minutes from RP and the road is not the best and there are no amenities close like stores or restaurants . I would absolutely recommend it if you don’t mind staying further away from town.

Unpleasant

The house was dirty, it listed a working washer and dryer but it wasn’t working. Ants infested our stay and we lost power for a significant period of time. There were old Cheetos on the carpet, blood stains on the bedding and walls, and the curtains were soiled, it was a terrible experience for our family. The cutlery was unacceptable and didn’t offer realistic solutions. There was no filtered water which was also advertised. The property management company lied about having someone come help with the washer and dryer before they finally admitted when we called a third time that they had previously notified the owner that the washer/dryer wasn’t working and the owner failed to fix it. We will not be returning and would not recommend this rental.

Great stay

The house was as clean as it can get. The property management company always answered the phone even when we called after hours to see if the washing machine worked to wash clothes and it was like 8:30 at night. My wife and I will stay here again and give the management company 5 stars! Oceana rentals is on top of there game and making sure we were taken care of the entire time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: my family and I have a very nice and relaxing weekend there in playa Miramar. property very nice and with all necessary items and good condition. only thing we did not enjoy to much was some people Saturday afternoon flying powered paraglides ( 5) very noisy and for some reason decided to fly then exactly in front of the property for about 2 hours . very nice and quiet before and after they left
