With a king size bed, full kitchen and a 75” smart TV, you’ll have all the comforts of home! Planning a golf vacation? We have a backyard putting green and are less than a 30 minute drive to 10 different local golf courses! You’ll also be less than a 15 minute drive to 5 different pubs and restaurants! Nanoose Bay Cafe, Rusted Rake Brewery, Pacific Moon Rising, 19th Hole Cafe at Fairwinds and The Rockinghorse Pub and Restaurant! You’ll be close to many hiking and biking trails and local beaches too!
Located right in between Nanaimo and Parksville you’re near all the tourist attractions including Parksville Beach, Rathtrevor Beach, Goats on the Roof, Paradise Mini Golf, Horne Lake Caves, Wild Play, Mount Washington and many many more! So many fun places to explore!

Comfortable and quiet stay

We enjoyed our stay very much - fully equipped kitchen, refreshing air conditioning, clean, quiet and private, trails nearby, short drive in to Parksville. We want to go back!

Property is very clean and extremely well stocked. A variety of coffees and teas, fruit and packaged snacks were appreciated. Quiet and conviently located. Close to the golf course. There is a flight of stairs. Would highly recommend this property.

The perfect Mid Island base camp

The central mid island location and comfort of the property exceeded our expectations. For us it was the little things like having some snacks, fresh fruit, cream in the fridge etc.. Watching the Deer forage during breakfast! that just adds to the experience. Looking forward to coming back next year and staying longer.

Es war eine ganz tolle Woche in Fairwinds, in einer Ferienwohnung in einer traumhaften Lage, in Fußnähe von tollen Stränden, Wanderwegen und mit wunderbarem Wetter. Das Objekt selbst besticht durch Sauberkeit, die moderne Einrichtung, Insider-Tipps durch die Vermieter und einfach ein "Zuhause-Gefühl" in der Ferne. Es war ein richtig toller Auftakt für unsere Rundreise durch Kanada.

Why they chose this property

We live on a quiet street and love watching our kids play hockey in the cul du sac or bike riding through the neighborhood! We’re walking distance to many hiking and biking trails including the Notch Hill and Enos lake trial systems! We’re also close to many beaches and community parks!

What makes this property unique

With a five hole putting green in the backyard and an outdoor fireplace, hiking and biking trails in abundance, our property is definitely unique and has lots to offer!
