Extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of William St & Little Bourke St near the Flagstaff Gardens & Flagstaff railway station.
We're only a stone's throw away from Queen Victoria Market and a FREE tram ride away from Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.
I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of William & Bourke St.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on William St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Flagstaff railway station is only two blocks away.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “KINGS PARKING” - 189-203 William St which is just a min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note:
A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.
Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the key to you personally.
This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.
The 3-seater sofa bed measurements:

- Seat depth: 70cm
