Newly Remodeled, Condo Steps to Golf & Ski
This first floor condo has a great view and location in the resort. Just steps from the Schuss Mountain golf course or ski slopes it has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a fireplace, cable and association pool access (summer only). This is a great place to bring the kids and be able to walk to the Schuss slopes or to the pool next door.
Villa Monte condos are located in Schuss, just minutes to both Cedar River and Summit Village, and only 5 minutes from the town of Bellaire.
Newly remodeled with flooring and furniture
NO PETS ALLOWED
Does not come with winter pool pass
Please note: If not a family with kids, all guests must be 25 or older
Please Note: a refundable security deposit is required on all rentals ranging from $100 to $500 based on the place. This is refunded upon departure as long as no damages and the pool pass is present where applicable. If an Airbnb reservation, Airbnb will charge this fee when necessary.
