Place was very very clean, check in was super easy. The beach was only minutes away as indicated; very convenient and the neighborhood really quiet and peaceful. Very close to the wallboard and carnival.My fam enjoyed the time there! Thanks so much!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in was super easy, and the host was friendly and responsive to any questions I had. The location was perfect and made everything convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

This was a new property in great shape and an easy walk to the beach. However, we did have to purchase a saucepan, as all of the nonstick pans were scratched up and unsafe to use. Also, the laundry closet was not well designed - the sliding doors meant that you could access either the washer or the dryer, but not both at the same time, which made moving wet clothes over to the dryer an awkward challenge. The setup also meant that the dryer door only opened about 45 degrees, which was a challenge to maneuver. The house did have a good setup for the bedrooms and baths, and the outdoor shower was handy post-beach visits.

We're sorry about the scratched nonstick pans — we've removed the unsafe cookware and replaced it with new pots and pans. Lots of rooms/space for our large group. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the elevator was useful for my 81 year old dad who struggles on stairs. The outdoor shower was great for washing off after the beach. Only complaint was that the garbage disposal didn't work when we arrived. There is a sneaky button on the bottom that reset it, but it took a plumber coming over the next day to figure this out. Not sure how often this would happen, but a note might help the next guest self-diagnose the problem.

Great place to stay. The reason for a 4 star, sand/dirt was still on all floors.

Had to sweep the whole house and mop it again, all 3 floors. The shower head on the 2nd floor kitchen level hardly had any water pressure at all. We had to use one of the other showers. But just letting you know so that you can get it fixed or get a new one. Other than that, great place to stay.
