White water views Beach Front Condo - Steps to the beach - Monthly rate Discount

Listen to the sounds of the ocean from one of your two balconies while watching Anacapa Island. This condo is located in Port Hueneme, Just north of Malibu and easy 1.5 hour drive from LAX airport (56 miles door to door). The condo has a pool and hottub. We have a discount for monthly rentals.

The condo is on the second and third floor overlooking the beach and the ocean directly from the balcony of the 2nd and 3rd floor. The recent renovation has just been completed, with a new kitchen, oak staircase, and a bathroom with a premium finish. Living space is approximately 90 m2. Our guests also have use of 2 bikes, a set of golf clubs and two body panels. Towels and linens are provided, as well as pool towels.

The kitchen is new. It has all new appliances, wall tiles and new cabinets in maple stained, countertops, and marble kitchen bar. Condo has a washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave, mill and stainless steel stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.

The beach is about 120 steps away from the edge of the complex.

It is easy to relax here and enjoy yourself. The large swimming pool, a hot tub is available for you. You have a dedicated covered parking space. High speed Internet wireless broadband and 50 inch TV.
