The space
This exceptional home in Wellington offers a stunning outdoor area, seamlessly connected to a spacious kitchen and family room through large stackable sliding doors. The family room is combined with a well-equipped designer kitchen, which includes a convenient scullery. In addition to this, there's a separate formal lounge with an ornate gas fireplace and french doors opening to a sunny deck. With four bedrooms in total, two featuring fully tiled ensuite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience, this home is designed for comfort. A large study is set up for any work that needs to be done, a separate family bathroom, and two separate toilets round out the accommodations. For those chilly days, central heating keeps the house warm, and the presence of two gas fireplaces adds a cozy ambiance to the space.

Guest access
All areas of the property are available for guests to enjoy but excludes the attic, Master wardrobe, one wardrobe in a bedroom, garage and garden shed. The fireplace is also not to be used but there are outside heaters.

Other things to note
We have external security cameras operating. These are for your safety but also to protect our property. When booking, please let me know how many guests will be staying. Visitors may be welcome if you have advised us via the App. Under no circumstances are they allowed to stay the night.
