Welcome to The Owl, a beautifully renovated main-floor home in northwest Calgary. Designed for comfort, space, and convenience, this bright and modern home is perfect for families, professionals, and travelers looking for a quiet place to relax while still being close to everything the city offers.
The home features large windows, a fully updated kitchen, modern bathrooms, and comfortable living spaces, making it ideal for both short visits and longer stays.
Whether you're visiting Calgary for work, exploring the Rocky Mountains, or just spending time with family, The Owl provides a comfortable and well-equipped home base.
The Space
The Owl occupies the entire main floor of the house, offering plenty of natural light and a welcoming open feel.
Guests enjoy:
• A fully renovated kitchen with modern appliances and everything needed to cook meals
• A comfortable living room perfect for relaxing after a day out
• Updated bathroom and fixtures
• Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and quality linens
• Fast Wi-Fi for work or streaming

One of the highlights of the property is the large, fully fenced backyard, which is great for relaxing outdoors or traveling with pets.

The area is peaceful and family-friendly, with parks, walking paths, and local amenities nearby. It’s also very convenient for guests visiting the University of Calgary, Foothills Medical Centre, and Alberta Children’s Hospital, all just a short drive away.
Another thing we love about this location is how easy it is to get around. Downtown Calgary is close by, and the home also has quick access to the highway leading west toward Banff, Canmore, and the Rocky Mountains.
