Nestled among the swaying palms and tropical foliage of Sanibel Island, this beautifully updated end-unit beach townhouse at Signal Inn offers the perfect blend of island charm and modern comfort. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this elevated two-bedroom, one-bath condo provides a peaceful retreat just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

Inside, the home features beach-inspired decor and a fresh, open layout designed to bring the outdoors in. Natural light fills each room, complementing the coastal color palette and tile flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed for dining in after a day at the beach. The living room offers a cozy space to unwind, complete with a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The master bedroom is a serene escape with a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. The updated bathroom features a walk-in shower and modern vanity.

Signal Inn is a laid-back, low-density beachfront complex on Sanibel's scenic east end, just a short distance from the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse and the island's network of bike paths and nature preserves. Guests have access to a heated pool, hot tub, on-site laundry, and barbecue grills, all set within lush, well-maintained tropical grounds. As a pet-friendly property, it's one of the few places on the island where you can bring your furry family members along for the adventure.

Please note that the boardwalk to the beach by the pool area is temporarily closed for reconstruction, but you can still enjoy easy beach access via the boardwalk at the east end of the resort. Thanks for your understanding, and we're sorry for any inconvenience.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.

All units have beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas.The TV's have Roku, no cable at this time.

We had absolutely everything we needed

My family of 3 stayed here for 4 nights. We had absolutely everything we needed- just took a quick trip to Jerry's for some food staples and we were all set! Everything was clean, stocked, and exactly as promised/pictured! We loved the short walk to the beach and found beautiful shells easily. We also loved having the pool to ourselves everyday
because it was freezing! Definitely not heated, but that didn't stop us! Loved everything about this place, the location, and the amenities. Would absolutely recommend and definitely want to return!

Great place to stay!

My mom, sister, and I spent 4 nights here for my mom's birthday. We had a great stay! The unit was clean and well-supplied with basics. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the appreciates that the unit offered beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagons.

This site was perfect for a mini vacation with my granddaughter. It was close to the beach so we could collect shells every evening at low tide. The unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The on-site manager was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property. It was very clean and had comfortable beds. We loved the short walk to the beach. there are beach chairs an umbrella and shelling nets there to use. We would gladly stay there again. the beach has lots of colorful shells.

Clean. great location. Beautiful property. 3 min walk to beach. Roomy 3 bed condo. We rented bikes for the whole time and never needed a car. I would bring an extra roll or two of toilet paper

Lovely condo in an intimate setting

The condo was quite nice but the complex was even better. The arrangement of the condos made for an intimate community setting around the pool. The condos are set back from the beach in a tropical environment. It is beautiful!

Was not as advertised

The place was listed as sleep six. There was one bathroom with one towel bar. We had three people no way to hang towels anywhere, sparsely Supplied. I like to stay in a VRBO so you have a more cozy feel. This was a very sterile. Feel many lights did not work. No lights on the patio.. Pull out bad was broken

The property was beautiful, i guess we missed understood check in or something cause we didn't get any dishes soap, extra toilet paper since we only got half a roll left, no trash bags in the trash cans so we had to go buy some. Our last day I was told that we should receive a welcome bag after i had ask about the extra toilet paper and we finally got our welcome bag. But other than that the management person that i was texting was very nice. We did enjoy our time at the property, the place is very beautiful, very quiet. I would recomend this rentals property to others but to make sure communicate with each other.
