Pointe Santo E22 is located in one of Sanibel's most popular vacations rental destinations and is conveniently located on West Gulf Drive close to many local beaches, shops, and restaurants all within close walking and/or biking distance. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is situated on the 2nd floor and offers phenomenal gulf views and daily sunsets from your very own personal screened lanai patio!

Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin bed, 1 sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool & hot tub, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, shell cleaning station, tennis courts, elevators, kid's activity programs. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. Shorter stays may be available in the off-season. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Sanibel Heaven!

Our family of 4 just stayed at this property. Wonderful location, amazing easy beach access, daily dolphin sightings and a group of manatees even swam by on our last day! We had such a wonderful trip and this property had everything we needed for a much needed getaway!

A Friend’s getaway weekend

A lovely visit to Sanibel after many years. Our family used to visit every year from the 70’s to the 90’s The condo offered everything we needed.

Anniversary

This was our first time to Sanibel Island. We were celebrating our anniversary. The food and beach were some of the best we’ve ever stayed at.

Relaxing Oasis!

We had a wonderful week! Biggest decision each day was beach or pool! Crafts on-site for kids. Everything was clean and well kept.

Very Nice Condo in Pointe Sando

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As most properties are on Sanibel this unit was recently renovated. Very nice and clean with a beautiful view of the property and beach. Had a problem entering upon arrival because the numbers on the lock keypad are not visible. Called the Sanibel Vacations office after hours and the owner (Charlie) answered and patiently walked me through entering the code. Apparently the Pointe Santo management have been told that the door locks are a problem and need replaced. Suggest giving new renters instructions on how to enter the code with the numbers not being visible. A couple days later a power surge blew out the control board on the fridge. Charlie was very responsive, bringing a large cooler with ice and a mini fridge they purchased just to get us by until the condo fridge was repaired. The issues we had were not the fault of Sanibel Vacations but they were very responsive in helping us.

This unit was awesome! Comes with everything!

This unit was just as described. Great location, very easy access to beach & pool. Comes equipped with everything for beach. (Towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards!) Very close to island restaurants and shopping.

Excellent location

My little family and I really enjoyed this stay. It is right next to the beach, and this rental had all the beach necessities you would need! It was very clean, quiet, and we would absolutely stay again. My ONLY complaint is that there was not any shampoo or conditioner during our stay, which of course was an easy fix for us. Otherwise, 5/5 stars!

We appreciate you following our check-out protocols of washing the beach towels and removing your garbage from the unit in order to help assist us in getting the condo ready for our next set of guests. We do not leave shampoo or conditioner for renters but rather the starter kit of supplies including laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, etc - I hope they were helpful and convenient to you throughout your stay.

Pointe Santo is one of the larger complexes on the Island, and is very family-friendly, so maybe something to keep in mind when planning future vacations to Sanibel! The carpet in the condo is very dated and worn and the owner has plans to replace it next summer when the opportunity presents itself! We hope to have you stay with us again!
