Pointe Santo E22: Amazing Location w/ Gulf Views!

UPDATE: Concrete Repairs are currently underway at Pointe Santo from October 13, 2025 - January 23, 2026 with potential delays possible. Projected schedule is Building A from 10/13-11/18, Building B from 11/9-12/5, Building C from 12/8-12/24, & Building D from 1/1-1/23. Heavier noise will occur at the start of work on each building and other noise related disruptions may be possible at various times throughout the project and may affect the entire complex.

Welcome back to Pointe Santo— we are thrilled to announce that we are now accepting reservations! At this time, the complex is offering the majority of its amenities including the beach access, community pool & hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, and community grill use. Please note that some amenities such as clubhouse activities may not be accessible. All elevators are currently operational. Some construction is still taking place within the complex and in nearby units.We will provide updates as we receive new information from Pointe Santo. *Rental rates have been discounted to reflect on-going complex construction and pending amenities for the 2025 summer season*

Pointe Santo E22 is located in one of Sanibel's most popular vacations rental destinations and is conveniently located on West Gulf Drive close to many local beaches, shops, and restaurants all within close walking and/or biking distance. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is situated on the 2nd floor and offers phenomenal gulf views and daily sunsets from your very own personal screened lanai patio!

Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin bed, 1 sleeper sofa (sleeps 7), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool & hot tub, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, shell cleaning station, tennis courts, elevators, kid's activity programs. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. Shorter stays may be available in the off-season. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 7 people.

Sanibel Heaven!

Our family of 4 just stayed at this property. Wonderful location, amazing easy beach access, daily dolphin sightings and a group of manatees even swam by on our last day! We had such a wonderful trip and this property had everything we needed for a much needed getaway!

Relaxing Oasis!

Excellent location

My little family and I really enjoyed this stay. It is right next to the beach, and this rental had all the beach necessities you would need! It was very clean, quiet, and we would absolutely stay again. My ONLY complaint is that there was not any shampoo or conditioner during our stay, which of course was an easy fix for us. Otherwise, 5/5 stars!

The grounds of Pointe Santo are kept in great shape and the whole complex is very nice. Sanibel Vacations was very easy to work with and the arrival process was very smooth. We also rented a kayak from them which they drop off and pick up at your condo. We cannot wait to come back!!!!

Reviewer Comments: good. nothing significant but not perfect due to small annoyances. 1) pool suffered from too days of too many kids and their pool toys (possibly from visitors of a condo occupant). 2) lack of visitor parking. 3) hauling trash/recycling on foot from one end of site to the other. all 3 come down to too little space on the "campus".

just what we needed

This vacation was just what we needed to get away to disconnect from reality. When we arrived to check in at the office, we were waiting for our room to be ready. The people in the office were very accommodating and helpful to keep our luggage until our unit was ready. Once the room was ready, the view and location of this unit is spectacular. Looking from the Launi, you can hear the waves, smell the gulf water, and all of your worries just fade away. Perfectly accommodated 6 adults, had everything we needed for a full week stay. We rented a golf cart to get around for the week, and it was so much fun, and we lucked out with the weather, and it didn't rain. The location is close to the grocery, shops, restaurants, and beaches. The shelling was also a perfect location. We collected all different types of shells and also were able to see live sea creatures, from starfish, sand dollars, dolphins, pelicans, sea urchins, baby sea turtles. This vacation will be in the memory banks forever.

Sanibel Family Vacation at Pointe Santo

We had asked them to be sure there were 4 good beach chairs for us to use. When one of them broke they were very quick to bring a new one. They also provided a good quality pack n play for our one year old granddaughter. There were plenty of towels and having laundry in our unit was a big plus for us. The unit was very comfortable and clean. The grounds and beach area of Pointe Santo are very good. I think my only suggestion would be some minor maintenance upkeep in the unit itself. Overall we were very satisfied. We’ve stayed here before and won’t hesitate to return at some point in the future. 😊

Love Sanibel -Condo just OK

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sanibel is our home away from home. This is the first time we have stayed at Point Santo. The place overall was well maintained. The landscaping was nice and the amenities were nice. The biggest issue was with the condo itself. It was in dire need of updating. It had cracked formica countertops and the carpeting had seen better days. (who had carpeting with all of that sand, anyway). The moldings were dirty and the decorations must have been purchased at the 2nd hand store on the island. Luckily, the gulf gets you to forgive a lot of this. Plus you spend minimal time in your room. I would go back to Point Santo but stay in a different condo.
