Beautiful Garden & Partial Ocean View, a 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo at the Top Rated, 1st Class Waipouli Beachfront Resort & Spa on the beautiful island of Kauai.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

Enjoy Oasis on the Beach Restaurant and Spa by the Sea at this Resort!

Located on the 2nd floor this custom decorated Tommy Bahama Style 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo offers a Garden and Peek ocean view with easy access to the elevator between E and D buildings. The 2 acre Fantasy Pool and white sandy beach are steps away with quiet privacy when returning to the condo.

This Beautiful Condo features high quality elegant decor.

This unit is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a fully equipped kitchen, a king bed with full linens and full toweling. Comfortably sleeps 2 guests and with an Queen size air mattress sleeps 4 total.

Return from exploring the wonders of Kauai to the ultimate comfort of your Living Room with Entertainment Center including a large Flat screen TV; the Master Bedroom includes a King-size Bed with plush pillows and Luxury Linens and flat screen TV.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a dresser and a Master Bath with a soaking tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower in the 2nd bathroom. With a queen air mattress, this condo comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people.

Two large flat wall mounted televisions and a large selection of channels.

Everything is within walking distance: heated pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street. A beach walking path for miles - ideal for running or early sunrise strolls.

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. All cancellations must be made in writing (fax or email acceptable). Cancellations that occur within less than (sixty) 60** days of the check-in date for a non-holiday reservation will not receive a refund. Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of rent or taxes or cleaning pertaining to this agreement. Accidental Rental Damage Insurance fee shall be returned to Tenant. **90 (ninety) days for all major / national holiday reservations / stays over 14 days and 120 (0ne hundred twenty) days for stays over a month. Trip Insurance is offered for all reservations.

Perfect for families! The location was very central to everything. The pool is huge and there’s a family hot tub that kids can go in. Towels available daily. The room had beach chairs and a cooler to use which was nice. There is a Safeway right across the street which was super convenient.

Great spot

This was just what my wife, son and I needed for our stay on Kauai. The location is ideal for being able to explore all areas of the island and there are plenty of great food trucks and coffee shops nearby. The beach chairs and cooler came in really handy every day. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time at Waipouil Beach Resort we love the resort

The property is well maintained and the pool is beautiful. Absolutely loved watching the sunrise on the beach. Only negative is the homeless people spending the night on the beach and one entered the pool area to shower, security needs to be more aware for the safety of the guest.

Beautiful condo

Lovely condo with peek view of ocean. Fantastic amenities (pool, fitness room) and close walk to beach, Safeway and Starbucks across the street. The only negative was rather loud AC in bedroom and only noticeable at night. Still highly recommend a stay here.

Great First Time Stay in Kauai

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We were able to walk to the grocery store and cook our meals every day, the pool and Oasis Restaurant on site are beautiful, and the resort is centrally located to everything we wanted to see on the island.

A great spot

Our family loved the place and the resort, it was clean and replies were always prompt when we had questions. The kids couldn't get enough of the waterslides and it was great to have a full kitchen and laundry.

Great condo! Amazing resort!

This was the second time my wife and I have visited the Waipouli Beach Resort. We loved this condo as it was perfect for our needs. Not much of a view but do not need one as the pool and beach are a short walk. Would highly recommend!

Great for a family

Our family had a wonderful week here and plan to come back! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (water slides, multiple hot tubs, and shallow sand bottom wading area) and loved being close to the Kapaa shops. It was also nice to be able to walk across the street for quick grocery needs. Would recommend to friends/family for sure.

Great resort and great location on the island.

We have been to Kauai many times and once again had a great time staying at this resort. We enjoy Kapaa for the walking/bike trail and love Donkey beach. Centrally located as we always make it up to Napali Coast, down to Shipwreck, and to our favorite Secret Beach. Great pool, and the condo was perfect!! Across the street from Safeway is quite convenient. i would recommend this resort to any age couples and families too.
