This 3rd floor Penthouse Garden 1 Bedroom condo in building with an elevator, then steps to the sandy oceanfront beach and swimming pool features a spacious bedroom with a King in the master bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a pull out sofa sleeper to accommodate up to 4 guests. Relax on the tropical garden view lanai and enjoy the beautiful Kauai sunrise!

On the first Saturday of each month, Old Kapaa Town throws itself a party. There are lots of crafts, local foods and music. The festivities start around 6:00 and start winding down around 9:00. This monthly event is lots of fun, and is well-attended by locals and visitors alike.
