Upper Rideau Resorts on the shore of Upper Rideau Lake, Each cabin has a direct lake front view. Swimming, Tubing, Water Skiing, Great fishing and Cruising the beautiful Lake Rideau system are all optional activities.

Please Note - Maximum 6 guest can stay at the property and after the 6th guest there will be a extra fee of $25 per night / per guest.

Westport Cottage

Great location and very close to downtown Westport. Nice to have boat launch and docking on site. View of the lake out the large picture window was great.

Lovely stay

Our family had a relaxing stay here, and the property manager Allen was incredibly kind and helpful. The property (outdoors, beachfront) is picturesque and well-maintained. The cottage we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot for fishing and relaxing with friends

The rooms are on the smaller side but the property is well kept. It’s a great spot to fish, and have a relaxing weekend with friends. Alan was great and very responsive! Great stay

Perfect!

It was such a great cottage on beautiful water and Al was nothing less than phenomenally friendly and fun and so helpful! Communication with Jenny was great! Already booked for a week for next year!

Clean, quiet, and very well kept. The property caretaker Allen was fantastic and maintains the grounds meticulously. Great weekend trip with dad. We will be back! Thank you!!

The property we stayed in was not accurate to the listing. We were put in a house and not a cabin by the water as the listing had indicated. This house was away from the lake and shared with the property manager who lived in the basement. We could hear the property manager over the weekend and was in close proximity to their belongings. Quality and makeup of the house was entirely different to the photos in the listing. The amenities like the bbq was not on the lawn between the property and the water but next to the driveway of the land where all guests drove in and out of. We had no access to the benches and private docks listed in the photos, as these were fenced in for the cabins. The lake was beautiful and had we been in any of the 6 cabins like the listing indicated, I can see why other guests rated highly. When I enquired about the different property to the listing, the host did not respond until 6pm on my last evening - much too late to resolve my concerns. In absence of their response, I raised my concerns with Vrbo, which seemed to empathize with the situation at first. But when my stay ended, they stopped responding to me. They also kept the tax I paid when the host refunded me an incorrect charge made at the time of booking. I recommend against anyone using Vrbo and if interested in this property, book with the business owners directly and check which property you will stay in.
