Recently renovated in 2024, Leisure Dayz boasts a fresh, modern ambiance with new siding, windows, and upgraded interiors including new furniture and appliances. A newly constructed walkway with seating leads directly to the beach, ensuring easy access to the shore where you can relax or take leisurely strolls along the water's edge.

For days when the ocean is bustling, the property owner generously shares access to soundfront lots equipped with a boat ramp, picnic table, and benches—perfect for crabbing, fishing, or launching your boat or paddle boards.

The house, rooms and cleanliness I would say was moderate. When we first showed up we just unpacked and ate and went to bed. The next morning we found the closed in porch ocean side door was basically hanging on by paper clips. I'm not too sure why this wasn't looked at and replaced, especially when people that book say they are bringing a young toddler. We also noticed on the driveway side one of the main posts keeping the entire house up had bolts literally hanging out. The grill on the back porch next to the closed in porch needs to be thrown out! That thing is nasty and the lid does not close, which is also being held on by a nail! After some high winds one day some outdoor lights came off. I notified the company about the door breaking more and more and about the light. I was told the door would be fixed but never was. I do understand that other houses need TLC as well but I figured places that have guests would be higher on the list, I was clearly mistaken. The stay and the experience was nice. But the customer service and the damages we found to the house were very concerning actually. Honestly some of the things we found were little tedious things that SHOULD have been fixed!

The house was beautiful nice and very clean. The only downfall it was quite far back from the main entrance on the beach. You had to drive probably 25 minutes on the beach to get to the property. And there was no ocean view from the house. There were dunes all across the front of the property, but if that is not a problem for you, the house was very nice inside.

Great trip

Amazing trip. VRBO is great. Loved seeing horses every day. Kids, dogs had a blast. Only frustration was that tvs did not work while there. Internet issues. Beds comfy. Everything you could ask for.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No matter what I write, my words will not do justice to this 2-week experience. The house itself has everything you need from different outdoor spaces with beautiful views to an updated kitchen to cook amazing local fare. Another wonderful feature currently is that no houses built on either immediate side of the house providing even more privacy. Wild horses greeted my 2 rescue dogs and I every day creating peace and beauty I can’t explain. If you have the ability to work remotely, or just want to kick back off the beaten path, and enjoy the solitude of a natural, commercialized beach, strongly consider this property at any time, but especially off season. But do take seriously every part of the 4x4 beach: house is 9+miles from last paved road. You could easily drive through extremely deep water and through loose sand. 100% worth it just be safe & ask advice ahead of time! All the best, Nicole
