Kumeu Calm is a superior, highly sought after property surrounded by lush greenery.
This elaborate home boasts 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and hosts a maximum of 10 guests.
Whether you're coming for a girls weekend of wine-tasting at the many vineyards Kumeu is so famous for, or if you're coming for a wedding at one of Kumeus up-market venues - it's all at your finger tips !
*Important* - We have a strict no parties/events/loud groups policy. Strictly no gatherings of any kind or any size. This is NOT a venue. We do not allow any additional guests at the property - only the number of guests who are booked to stay are allowed at the property during your stay. There are security cameras located outside the entrances and exits of the property. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close. There are no cameras inside the home.
Only 6 minutes from Huapai Golf Club and 20 minutes from Muriwai Golf Course - and just over 20 mintes drive to Auckland CBD.
The house has two wings - all of which you will have entirely to yourself.
There are 5 bedrooms in total. The bedding configuration is 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 2x King-Singles, 1x Set of Single bunk beds. The smaller wing of the house has 2 of the 5 bedrooms. They are connected, and you need to walk through the bedroom with the 2x King-Singles, to get to the bedroom with the Queen bed. The set up of this wing is perfect for parents with younger children who they want to be close to.
High-quality bedding and towels, including pool towels. are all provided for your stay.
The pool is not heated.
No smoking, and no pets allowed.
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are close.
There is a pond on the property. It is down the driveway, but you will need to be careful that young children are not left to wander.
