The Space:

Casa de Sueños (House of Dreams) delivers the perfect escape for romantic getaways, family vacations, or gatherings with friends in the exclusive Puerto Los Cabos community.



Wake up to stunning Sea of Cortez views from your private terraces. Start your day with a swim in the infinity pool or lap pool, then sip drinks in the hot tub while soaking up the sun. Spend afternoons barbecuing seaside, lounging on chaise chairs, or dining under the palapa shade. As evening arrives, gather around the cushioned firepit lounge for sunset cocktails and stargazing.



Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass sliders open completely, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living with panoramic ocean views. The main living area flows into an elegant dining space perfect for meals with Sea of Cortez backdrop. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances for preparing feasts, while two separate living areas with Smart TVs offer entertainment options. For active fun, challenge friends to tetherball or ping pong.



Five comfortable bedrooms provide restful retreats - four master suites with king beds and one spacious bunk room with four full-size beds. Each room includes a private ensuite bathroom, plus there's an additional half bath for convenience.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the villa and its grand amenities. You’ll also enjoy access to Fundadores Beach Club for $200 USD/week. They have a restaurant, exclusive events, fitness center, a spa, and more.

Inside the exclusive Puerto Los Cabos residential community with tranquil and luxurious surroundings and stunning views and a short drive from two championship golf courses, a world-class Marina, fine dining and shopping. Plus, just 40 km | 25 miles from downtown Cabo and local attractions like the iconic El Arco rock formation. When you book with us, we’ll provide you with an online guidebook with recommendations.



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Check your mobile map apps when you arrive for an accurate driving time, as it varies depending on the time of day. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a golf cart or rental car is recommended for convenience. There’s parking for 4 vehicles at the property. We also offer a private transportation option for an additional fee. Please let us know.

Construction Notice:

Adjacent construction takes place Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which may result in intermittent daytime noise. The completion timeline is currently unknown.



Reservation Requirements:

- Primary guest must be 30 years or older

- Rental agreement required upon booking confirmation

- Valid identification may be requested during your stay

- Security deposit may apply and will be refunded upon departure when terms are met (not ABB)

- Guest count must correspond to the reservation details
