Nantucket Cottage in Flinders is a perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and connection with nature.

It is located in an idyllic clifftop ridge line spot, only one short hidden laneway from the ocean. It sits on a half-acre plot of land. You can stroll to the beach, head out for a surf, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and enjoy uninterrupted sunsets from the spacious verandah with a Weber bbq. The Cottage spans two levels, with the first floor featuring an open living, kitchen, and dining area, as well as 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom. The ground floor offers 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and second with 2 singles, a bathroom, toilet and a laundry equipped with a washing machine and a dryer for your use during your stay.
The lounge room is very cozy equipped with a vintage wood heater to keep you warm on chilly nights while providing a treetop and partial ocean views over Point Leo and nearby farms.

The cottage offers four bedrooms, two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs - 3 with queen size beds and 1 with 2 singles. There are two bathrooms, and a classic kitchen that caters to family gatherings. The Cottage is just a short walk from Flinders Village, so you can comfortably walk to the Flinders Pub for dinner.

The Cottage accommodates up to 8 people and cleaning / linen fee will include linen and pre and post-rental cleaning services. However, please remember to bring your beach towels.

Your pets are welcome, but please be mindful of local native animals (rabbits and birds are abundant). Please note that we don't provide pet bowls or bedding, so please bring them with you.

Additionally provided are hammock, trampoline, outdoor fire pit, iron, ironing board, and baby chair for your convenience.
