This sunny 2 bedroom bach with sleepout is located in the 'Golden Circle' of Mangawhai Heads. A 2 minute walk takes you to the child-friendly estuary, or for those that dont mind stretching their legs it is a 20 minute walk to the surf beach and the start of the great Coastal Walking route. Cafes, takeaways, shops and a small supermarket are only a gentle 10 minute stroll away.
Ideally suited to 1-2 families or small groups of mature adults, this property has a nice private, sunny backyard and a covered deck with pull down blinds, so you can sit outside whatever the weather. The house has been lovingly renovated and there is a nice new kitchen with all the mod cons including a coffee machine, just BYO coffee beans for the grinder. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other a Double. The sleepout is fully lined and provides an additional bedroom with a Queen bed, a living space and its own bathroom.
With Wifi, a Smart TV, books and board games, there is plenty to keep the family entertained in the evenings or if the winterless North has a break from the sun.
Notes:
1. The property is pet friendly but not fully fenced.
2. The outdoor fireplace that can be seen in one photo is not available for guest use.
3. The trampoline is no longer available.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
