A corner unit, it is very private, featuring 2 master bedrooms both with ensuites, and a Queen Murphy bed in the 2nd living room.

Beautifully situated with the mountains behind you, nestled in beautiful gardens, with the view of a world class golf course and the ocean.

Direct walking access (15 mins) to one of the most beautiful swimmable beaches in the area.

This is a quiet community with a beautiful pool and hot tub area.

The space

You will enjoy a large and fully stocked kitchen including coffee, tea and yummy syrups. We love to cook and you will have a selection of over 30 spices as well as olive oil and vinegar. We love to take care of all of the details so you can have a wonderful time during your stay

Our two bedroom condo features comfortable King Size beds in each one of the Master Suites (each with its own full bathroom. ) There is a Murphy bed in the main space - in the second living room - that converts into a Queen bed. The mattress is a real full-size comfy mattress. The powder room is close to the Murphy bed.

The main living space is composed of two living room spaces. It is surrounded by glass doors with a walk out to a wraparound patio, where you will enjoy your morning coffee. We enjoy the airiness and the beautiful sunshine In the living and dining space all day long.

Our third living space is outside on the patio where you will enjoy a couch, two big comfy chairs a coffee table, bar height table, and stools facing The beautiful gardens, and the ocean, where you will see whales during whale season.

If you like to barbecue, you will enjoy using our brand new seven burner luxury barbeque.

For those who need to work remotely, we have 2 stand up desks and office chairs alongside big screens. You can enjoy the beautiful gardens while you work.

There is also a fourth space, a quiet place to read a book, we call it, The Secret Garden.

Other things to note

Hot tub and Pool

Our hot tub and pool are a one minute walk from our condo within our wonderful little community. You will be able to use the pool, umbrellas, and loungers.

Beach Stuff

We have four beach chairs and a sun umbrella for you to enjoy at the beach.

Smoking

We are delighted that in January 2023, Mexico passed one of the strictest anti-tobacco and anti-smoking laws in the world. This means that smoking/vaping is not permitted in any public spaces in Mexico. Please note that there is no smoking at our condominium complex in any of the public spaces, and smoking or vaping, is not permitted inside our home, on the patio of our home, or anywhere around any of the condo units. This is very strictly enforced.

Noise

This is a very family oriented, and quiet community. We are extremely considerate with regards to our neighbors. Parties are not permitted. Unregistered guests are not permitted.

Help with your stay

We can help you get your stay started right by having groceries delivered for your arrival and also arranging for pick up from the airport. Just let us know what you need! We will also be asking you your flight number so we can track your arrival for your convenience.

We also will be sending you two PDF brochures, “ directions and house rules” and “ things to see and do” Via your Airbnb mobile number, or by email if you prefer, a few days prior to your stay.
