Daniel, a short walk to town and a cold AC unit waiting on you is exactly what that house is built for, so I'm glad it delivered. You're right about the two things that pulled it off a 10. The outside lights are being rewired this week, and the trash can left over from the flood cleanup at the edge of the property has been hauled off for good. Come back once the exterior lighting is running and take the porch after dark, that view holds up at sunset better than it does at noon. Dustin, those deer showing up every morning are one of those things that just never gets old out here. Glad the house gave you and your wife the right setting to celebrate your anniversary, and it means a lot that you chose us for the first time after all your trips to Fredericksburg.
