Great communication with the host! We stayed here with our 2 year old and 4 year old and the place was just childproof enough for them to not get into anything but were still able to have fun. The ease of access to everything and there was plenty within walking distance for a few trips out. Wonderful place to stay! We will definitely be coming back!

I don’t ever write reviews but this must be the worst travel experience ever. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. The virtual check-in system is a nightmare. I showed up ready to check in, but couldn’t get into the property. The listing said I’d get check-in details by email, but nothing ever came through. I spent hours at the property calling Expedia/VRBO, even talking to hotel staff, and still got nowhere. The host later lied and said I “wasn’t interested in staying” and that I no showed them and just expecting a refund. I was stranded overnight with nowhere to go. They refused any refund, even after I explained and showed proof. I ended up paying for another hotel last minute just to have somewhere safe to sleep. If anything goes wrong here, they will leave you stranded. If you make any claims, the host will blame you, twist the story, and keep your money. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

I didn’t like the code wouldn’t work on the back door or we had to go through the garage to get to our room. The cleaners were in early around 10:00 and I thought checkout was 10:30. We didn’t have washcloths and the dryer wouldn’t dry the clothes all the way. They were damp when we left. It was really pretty and clean though. I didn’t like the pool being in another building so we didn’t use it.

Family Vacation

We had a great trip! The condo was very clean. The communication was top notch- we had a few hiccups that were responded to and fixed very quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to prepare a meal and there is plenty of trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher tabs and laundry pods (most places give you as minimal as possible, not here, we had more than enough for our week stay). We also had access to a broom and vacuum which is nice when traveling with kids. Furniture is comfortable- including the pullout (at least according to my youngest, ha!). There is ample storage and plenty of towels (including separate towels for pool use). It was a great stay and we would recommend it for other families for sure!

Family Stay

Place was spacious and had pretty much everything we needed for a short and sweet stay. The toiletries provided were not enough for 8 people and a 3 night stay, but otherwise everything was comfortable. We had a great stay.

Nice little Mountain vacay!

We enjoyed our time very much. The condo was perfect for our family, a little on the tight side for 8 people (adults and teens), but overall the experience was great! We really enjoyed the patio/fire pit each night as it gave a little more space for our large group!

Wonderful!

Stayed for 1 night with family. Ideal location, quiet building, fabulous hot tub! The condo is as described, we would definitely stay again. The beds are super comfy, including the pull out couch which is a pleasant surprise. Took us a minute to find our way as you need to enter using the designated door within the parkade. Would love to come back and use the outdoor projector.

Fantastic property

First time to Canada

This was our first time to Canada! We loved our stay here. Everything was very clean and the check process was so easy. This location was within walking distance to restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again the next time!

Nice place with disappointments

While the property was overall clean and well furnished, there were several items that did not measure up, and affected our overall impression. There was no advance information on where the parking was & how to get into the garage, and there was no advance information on the various doors that would take the condo door code to enter the building without going thru the garage. That would have been helpful to know. After I booked this condo, ownership changed and the new owner changed the physical structure of one bedroom. A loft was added to this bedroom without any more ceiling clearance. I can’t tell you the number of times my husband & I hit our heads on the loft floor. I am only 5’3” and there was only 2 inches of clearance above my head when sitting on the bed. It was like a cave. The bath towels were so thin you barely could dry off, and the only washcloths were the worst – thinner than the towels. I challenge the owner to take a shower using one! The firepit on the patio was a nice addition and we enjoyed it.
