With modern bedrooms and amenities, a kitchen, dining area, relaxing lounge and bathroom, there’s all the comforts of home away from home.
There are two bedrooms including a queen master bedroom with a small office and the 2nd bedroom completes the villa accommodation with two king single beds.
Large 55inch flat screen smart TV’s are in every room, Starlink high speed wireless access, USB and power ports in every room, air conditioning and double glazing in all windows help meet most guest device needs and provides a useable workspacd space should you need to work while relaxing at Waipapa Villa.
The kitchen has a fridge, microwave/grill, cooking hotplates and coffee machine and all the kitchen essentials you will need to create great meals including great BBQ's out on the front deck.
The Bathroom is clean, tidy and is a classic design that has a rain-head shower and modern conveniences.
On the Villa deck make use of the 2 burner BBQ and 6 seater picnic table and bistro set to enjoy the self contained Villa front yard with privacy assured.
Relax and unwind in new eight person Spa and six person traditional rock Sauna with tasteful décor including native ferns and succulent living walls and cool off in the the connected stainless steel outdoor shower all located next to the Villa’s for you to enjoy.
Separate plentiful parking area and separate villa entrance and separate pathways to the Villa’s and Spa/Sauna area and laundry to complete the whole experience.
