Tucked away on the private grounds of the prestigious Sugar Hill Resort & Community, Blue Waters is a beautiful five-bedroom, five-bathroom villa ideally positioned to take advantage of Barbados’ gentle breezes and Caribbean Sea views. Set amongst lush private gardens, this expansive villa houses four suites within the main house, as well as a one-bedroom self-contained guest cottage for ultimate privacy.

The tree-framed driveway guides you to the main entrance of Blue Waters. Upon entering, the foyer ushers you into a large living and dining area, seamlessly extending onto an inviting covered patio overlooking the infinity-edge swimming pool and private gardens. The covered patio provides the perfect setting for al-fresco dining, or cocktails while enjoying the stunning West Coast sunsets. Perfect for relaxation or entertaining, this dining space comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with an unrivaled view of the swimming pool. Loungers and umbrellas are also available for guests to lounge by the pool or soak up the endless Caribbean sun. A delightful gazebo, housing a wet bar, is conveniently located at the end of the pool area opposite the guest cottage.

Also housed on the ground level are a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and one of the villa’s four suites, which boasts views of the beautifully manicured gardens. The remaining three suites are found on the upper level of Blue Waters, all of which are en-suite, tastefully decorated, and share views of the Caribbean Sea. Each of the three suites grants access to a spacious terrace boasting breathtaking sea views, meticulously furnished to ensure guests make the most of this remarkable setting.
