This almost 1,800 sf fully furnished, 2nd level San Pablo condo is located front and center of the main lake with views of the fountains.

A large foyer welcomes you with a place to leave your belongings as the stairs lead you to the second level open concept living area. A full size kitchen, with stainless appliances, is fully equipped to prepare meals during your stay.

There’s a writing desk to work remotely or do a puzzle. The dining area has a table for 6 and a mini bar area. The living room, which has access to the verandah, has a couch (queen size sofa bed) and two reclining chairs with an 85” in Sony TV.

The veranda offers a two seated high top table and a complete patio set which includes a couch, two chairs and coffee table. A great view of the lake with a fountain is perfect to have your morning coffee, relax during the day, or take in the breathtaking sunset view.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with TV, access to the verandah, an ensuite bathroom with double sink, separate shower, bathtub, private toilet, and walk-in closet
2nd Guest bedroom has a queen size bed with TV, tall dresser with walk-in closet.
3rd Guest bedroom has a queen size bed with TV in armoire with a custom closet.
2nd bathroom is between the two guest bedrooms with a tub/shower, single sink, and toilet. There is a dedicated office space in the foyer of the guest bedrooms and bathroom. All bed linens and bath towels are included

There is an attached double-car garage with single car parking space available

Laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Pool/Beach towels included.

The Town Center at Paseo is resort like with amenities including a master pool, tiki bar, lap pool, children's pool, ice cream parlor, pub, coffee shop, fitness center, business / library center, spa services, movie theater, six tennis courts, fishing pier, pickleball, bocce ball courts and a basketball court. Many sidewalks around the development create excellent exercise loops providing enjoyable sounds from the many water fountains in the adjoining lakes. Paseo is close to the Gulf beaches, and a 10 minute drive to the Southwest Florida International Airport, great restaurants, and shopping.

A 4 passenger golf cart with backup camera and sound system is available to rent. Please inquire for more information to rent during your stay.

Paseo is an exclusive community that only allows rentals of 30 days or longer. The PASEO HOA requires guests to fill out an application online and submit a $100 application fee that is paid directly to Paseo. The HOA Rental Application Process must start 30 days prior to you staying at our condo. Please plan accordingly!

Please note the HOA requires a minimum monthly rental of 29 nights / 30 days. Guests have full use of all community amenities and are required to fill out an HOA application 60 days prior to arrival and pay a $100 application fee. No pets or smoking is permitted as per HOA rules. No smoking inside or outside of the property.
