The lake house is located in a rural area and a vehicle will be necessary to access any local amenities. There is plenty of parking space conveniently located right in front of the lakehouse:-)

We do our absolute best to provide our guests with a wide range of amenities to help make everyone's stay as convenient and comfy as possible:)

This lakefront property is equipped with a full sized fridge/freezer, oven/stovetop, pots, pans, glassware, utensils, kiddos plates, bowls & cups, paper towels, silverware, knives, coffee pot (regular drip variety), toaster, microwave, blender, crockpot, fresh sheets and towels, extra blankets, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, toilet paper, bath/shower, hair dryer, iron, 2 Smart TV's (enabling our guests to use their personal accounts to watch whatever they choose), smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

**Liability Waiver:
Campfires, swimming, and the use of any watercrafts are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty and you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising during you stay and hold the Property Owners, Host, and Lakeview Getaways, LLC harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that campfires, swimming and watercrafts may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using watercrafts if a person has health risks, or while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for all accidents or injury that may occur inside or outside the home. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owners, the host, and Lakeview Getaways, LLC for accidents or claims regarding any and all incidents that may occur on the property. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirmation by booking this home constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between all Guests, the Host, Lakeview Getaways, LLC and the Property Owners.
