Welcome to Villa Serrana

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to our brand new Villa located in Eastman, on Lake Parker, with breathtaking views of Mont Orford.

Completely renovated in 2023, Villa Serrana was designed to offer you a most pleasant stay.

This Mediterranean-style house offers his travelers three large bedrooms, two of which have king beds. From the mezzanine, the master bedroom offers an exceptional view of the mountain.

The fully equipped kitchen offers dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge. Epicureans will be served!

The large windows are perfect to admire the sunsets and sunrises. The view of the lake and Mont-Orford will charm you every time.

Come discover this peaceful place! Just 10 minutes from Eastman Village and all of his attractions (Bakery, green route, Grocery store and market, SAQ, Pub McMurray, Maison Jacynthe, and many others). 5 minutes away from a small farm which offers many fresh fruits and vegetables in the summer. Their specialties: tomatoes! they are the Best!

In the winter, you will be pampered with the different surrounding mountains where it is possible to practice all winter sports (Owl's head, Orford, Bromont and Sutton). Just 5 minutes away is the green route where you can walk peacefully or go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.

In the summer, go hike and end your day on the nearby micro-brewery terrace. Do you want to taste Quebec wines? Try the wine route, your taste buds will thank you!

La cuisine est bien équipée, les sacs à poubelle sont trop petits pour la poubelle de la salle de bain, ce qui est un irritant. Les bancs de comptoir auraient besoin d’une petite solidification. Pour le reste, tout est bien! La cuisine pourrait être équipée d’un poêle à fondue.

Chalet confortable, mieux qu’en photo ! Accès lac et sports

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très beau chalet. Il est très bien situé avec un accès direct au lac et aux embarcations. Le cadre est paisible et parfait pour se ressourcer. Le centre sportif extérieur, avec de superbes terrains de pickleball, se trouve à seulement 7 minutes en voiture — un vrai plus pour les amateurs d’activités en plein air !Le chalet est encore plus impressionnant en vrai que sur les photos : celles de l’intérieur ne rendent pas justice à la beauté et à la chaleur de l’endroit. Il dispose de trois grandes chambres fermées ainsi que d’une spacieuse mezzanine avec un divan-lit, ce qui le rend très confortable pour les séjours en famille ou entre amis.L’hôte est également facilement joignable et très réactif, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.Un lieu que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Beautiful house on a lake

House is clean and the kitchen had everything you need except ground pepper (bought it and left for the next visitors). Kayaking in a peaceful calm lake is a great experience for the kids. Plenty of board games although we brought our own. We walk to the town center which is almost 3 miles. Easy walk for adults but too much for kids to do it round trip. In the town center there’s grocery store, bakery shop next to a pub restaurant. On the way pretty much close to the house is a nice farm with metal art design by the owner.

Amazing stay at great Location.

We stayed at this place for 2 nights as 2 families with kids and it was a really good experience.The property location is awesome with great and stunning views of the lake, though it was frozen but it was still an amazing view to have. The place was clean and accurate as mentioned and had all the amenities expected.The roads are not cleaned during the snow so you definitely need 4x4 vehicle to access the home. Even 4x4 were skidding at some places.

Lock box was difficult to locate and operate. Handled 8 for dinner one night with no problems.

Fantastic house with breathtaking views. Great location and so peaceful. Only negative is the dock is very small and no easy access to swim in the lake. But generally, great property! Will be back 😊
