How We Roll is a Nashville group house built around music-icon themed bedrooms, a rooftop hot tub, and a hidden speakeasy lounge, giving families and larger groups plenty of room to spread out while staying together under one roof. This VRBO listing sleeps 12 comfortably, making it a solid fit for multi-family trips, reunions, or a longer work trip with the crew.



Downstairs, the open living room has a yellow sectional sofa, a blue throne chair, and a Nashville skyline mural on the wall, flowing straight into a modern kitchen so whoever's cooking is never cut off from the group. Behind the living space, a speakeasy lounge hides a pool table, arcade machine, bar, and karaoke setup behind brick walls and neon signs, including a lit 'speakeasy' sign over the pool table.

Every fall, nearby Germantown hosts Oktoberfest Nashville, a beer garden and 5K that turns the historic district into a big block party worth planning a trip around



Getting Around:

A garage on site gives your group covered parking, and rideshares are an easy way to reach Broadway and downtown without worrying about parking there. BNA Airport is about a 12 minute drive, roughly 11.1 miles from the house
