The location of the property was good. It was handy to all services and met our requirements. Great place to visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for a week in centerpoint 1 unitAlthough the unit was comfortable and has a top location, across the road from a well stocked supermarket and a walk from the beach, there was plenty of room for improvement in terms of the presentation and finish of the apartment.The laundry is desperate for an upgrade as is the back yard. The small courtyard at the front needs a decent high pressure clean and a bit of gardening.Inside is neat and was clean and stocked with everything you need for cooking and cleaning.Both beds were comfortable but both rooms lacked draws or bedside tables or even hooks to hang things on.Although most of the unit has been renovated there were still power points and light switches that looked ancient including one that was unusable.Blockout curtains would be good also hooks or hanging space for towels etc in the bathroom.All this probably sounds a bit picky but most of these suggestions would be relatively inexpensive and would improve the apartment greatly.

The other issue was the TV there was no reception.
