Superbe suite avec balcon et vues incroyables, emplacement privilégié.

Mon endroit est proche de Waikiki Beach et surplombe le parc Kapiolani avec une vue imprenable sur Diamond Head. Il y a de l'art local tous les dimanches sur le mur d'art du zoo, le bar Hulas et le stand Lei sont situés dans le bâtiment.
Nous sommes à proximité de tous les grands magasins, des itinéraires de transport de l'île, du surf, de la bonne nourriture et des boîtes de nuit.
Vous allez adorer ma place à cause des gens, de l'ambiance locale, du quartier et surtout de l'emplacement!

Il y a une TV HD, Internet haute vitesse sans fil et le câble. L'unité a une cuisine et il y a une piscine et une terrasse au rez-de-chaussée.
Découvrez les photos du toit-terrasse! C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et regarder le coucher du soleil, en changeant les couleurs de Diamond Head alors qu'il disparaît sous l'horizon.

Notre hôte invité Rob habite dans le bâtiment, il n'est donc généralement pas à plus de quelques minutes si vous avez des questions ou avez besoin d'aide.

Il y a aussi un excellent hamburger au rez-de-chaussée, ainsi qu'un salon de manucure au cas où vous voudriez vous faire dorloter avec un Mani / Pedi après avoir parcouru le cratère Diamond Head (ou paressé sur le sable doré de la plage de Waikiki).

Du matériel de cuisine est fourni pour le poêle à deux plaques et, bien sûr, un grille-pain, un four micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur et du café.

This property was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful views of Diamond Head and Waikiki from balcony. Close to beach, food, and shopping. Lovely private secluded pool also. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great with the room and accommodations. Our only complaints are that parking was limited and we had to park our vehicle 2 blocks away. That was mostly because AVIS gave us a full sized pickup truck and the hotel’s parking only fit compacts. Additionally, there was some noise late at night coming from intoxicated sketchballs hangin I. The zoo parking lot. Not that big a deal, we’d stay there again.

The location was perfect and the room was as advertised. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. The view was great, capturing both Diamond Head and the ocean. Yes, as others have noted in other reviews there was some noise from the road, but that is to be expected in Waikiki at night. The elevators were about the fastest I have ever used and that was big plus. We would happily choose to stay here again on a return trip.

Apartment has a great view, but it is dated and worse than the pictures. Wifi information provided was actually for another unit, we kept trying to connect and it was not working. Eventually we realized the unit number is wrong, and basically guessed what the password should be. Unit owner never responded to any of our messages, not in 5 days we were there. The room chairs looked really dirty, and balcony windows were not cleaned in the long time, I had to clean them myself with paper towels. Overall I feel the view and location outweight the negatives, but would have been much more pleasant experience with better communication and room cleanliness.

The place is overall pretty good, it’s small and pretty outdated, but has everything you really need. Mark is good and responds fast when you need to communicate with him. The location is great and very close to the beach. The one downside is that it’s very loud outside (especially on week-ends) so bring some earplugs.

Everything as described. Great location, a lot of restaurants and the beach a quick stroll away. The road could be a bit noisy with all the activity in the area though it didn't bother us.

Our stay was perfect! Great communication with the owners, welcoming front foyer hotel staff that stored our luggage as we arrived too early for check in. The hotel is a little older but The room was perfect for our needs! Very clean with a little kitchenette with fridge, stove, sink and cupboards with dishes cutlery etc.The air conditioner was a little older but provided a nice cool room. A small balcony with two chairs and a little table which looked onto the zoo across the street and the ocean to the right with beautiful views! Super location and just one block from Waikiki beach, stores and restaurants! The beach was so beautiful it really was paradise! We would highly recommend this stay if you are looking for a great location, comfortable room and welcoming hosts!

We enjoyed our time here. It was noisier than we expected, due to the restaurant/bar situation on the second floor that we were unaware of when booking. But overall, it was just fine.

Reserved an excellent efficiency studio on the eighth floor of the Waikiki Grand Condo-Hotel with lots of light, a double bed, kitchenette, and lanai with a gorgeous view of Diamond Head and beach/ocean view. Easy check-in and check-out, and easy access to Waikiki restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Also reserved a dedicated parking stall in the securely-gated basement parking lot. Overall, an excellent place to stay.
