This is an absolutely fabulous property and hosts. I would have to say it's the best place we've ever stayed at on VRBO. Incredible view, everything is brand new and very comfortable. Not sure what else to say other than we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous property for a quiet, restful stay but close to Nanaimo for amenties and quik access to the main Hwy for day adventures! Eva & Rob were great hosts-Very friendly and available if needed.The property gives you true west coast feels! Incredible views of the Lantzville coastline across to the mainland-Great property for 2 families/larger fams with separate sleeping/bthrm on main floor and an additonal large bedrm with bathrm upstairs-Chalet feels with large windows-fully equipped modern kitchen with gas-SUPER comfy beds with nice linens, nicely furnished throughout-Safe & convenient garage to park your car. Absolute peace & privacy!! 3 Mature adults and 1 dog had the best time!! What makes Eva different is the little extras left for guests, sham/cond/Coffee was much appreciated!!!

Beautiful Property with Outstanding Hosts

This property was perfect for our family of four while visiting Vancouver Island. We were greeted by the hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable at the house. Everything was very clean and tidy. The front deck provided beautiful views of the ocean! We really enjoyed that this property is in a very quiet location and lent itself as a reprieve from the business of the day. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful house & amazing hosts!

Eva and Rob’s place was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had a very warm welcome and were even greeted with a gift basket and toys for our dogs! The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfy and the view was gorgeous. Our pups loved the nearby trails too. My friends and I will be coming back in the future. Thank you again for having us :)

Perfect home with stunning view

What a perfect place to stay! Clean, cozy, spacious and comfortable. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home! Really beautiful views. Kitchen is well stocked. High end appliances. Amazing deep bath tub. Close enough to all the great beaches and amenities but tucked up in a quiet location so you feel like you’re getting away from it all. Super sweet and attentive hosts. Would stay here again for sure.

This is a beautiful property located in a central location on the island. We were about hour and half from Victoria and about the same to Torfino (other side of the island). It was an easy drive to groceries. The locaton is perfect to explore all of Vancouver Island. The home is well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the balcony were spectacular. The beds were super comfortable and the home amenities met our needs.OH - this listing has NO chores to do prior to checking out! That alone makes this a great value and eliminates a lot of stress on check out day. The hosts were fabulous and available for questions, but at same time they weren't over attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & will definitely stay again when visiting Vancouver Island. Side note, if you plan on a lot of water activities such as the beach, I recommend bringing your own beach towels.

Magnificent Sunrise

My first impression of coming into the house was "This is a Showroom House!" it's sparkling clean and decorated as a relaxing getaway with neutral colours. My favourite was waking up to an amazing sunrise you can watch from comfy chairs inside or from the outdoor deck. The kitchen is stocked with a large assortment of glasses, plates, all cooking utensils, and even 2 cute teapots. The hosts are super nice people too which just made it a wonderful experience :) Oh its also super quiet! I plan to bring my friend there next year for a girl's getaway to sip tea in the morning.

We enjoy meeting people from different places and sharing our stories. We found this amazing location on top of the mountain and want to share the amazing wilderness and views with others.

Why they chose this property

Near the top of Copley Ridge at an elevation of 1000 feet provides amazing views of both the forest and the water between Vancouver Island and the mainland. With endless trails right out the door, we can go for a hike with the dog in the forest, or just enjoy the peaceful quiet setting.
This property has the right balance of a quiet rural location with plenty of space, but with full city services, and only 5-10 minutes away from shopping and dining in north Nanaimo.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique as it is at one of the highest elevations of any house in the area, which gives it amazing views. It was also just designed, built, and furnished in 2024. This means you would be renting a very new and comfortable property.
