Perfect stay for me and my family. The house was nice and clean and perfectly located in a quiet country like setting. It was spacious and just right. I would definitely use this house again upon returning to Nashville for another visit.

Great location, quite and relaxing after long days in the city. Close enough not to be a long commute, but far enough away from the fast paced movement in and around Nashville. The home is spacious and has all the amenities that was needed. The host provided great instructions, and recommendations on activities to do within the local area.

Spacious house close to Nashville

The hoose was very spacious with a large deck overlooking their beautiful property. Feels private but it’s also close to shops and restaurants and an easy drive into Nashville. The hosts were very communicative and professional and the house was clean and had every amenity you could need upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this property.

Very well-equipped house with plenty of room for our 5 adults and 2 children. Peaceful location that was very easily accessible from I65. Instead of having three hotel rooms, we had 3 bedrooms with lots of common space and well appointed kitchen.

My family, friends, and I truly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was clear, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. The home was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and amenities — we especially enjoyed using the grill, ping pong table, and cornhole set for relaxing evenings. The large dining table was perfect for game nights, and we also gathered for a fun movie night together. Having four bathrooms was extremely convenient for our group of five guests, making our stay much more comfortable.One of the most memorable moments was enjoying the sunrise view from the property, with the mountains as a backdrop — absolutely breathtaking if you can catch it one morning. The location was also ideal, with many great attractions nearby, which gave us plenty of options for activities during the day.I would strongly recommend this property — or any other managed by StayWithDave — to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and memorable stay.

Wonderful stay while attending a local horse show

I When searching for a property to accommodate a group of teens attending a horse show in Franklin, this property fit the bill. It provided plenty of room, and beds, for everyone. Our entire barn family was able to stay together in one house. Having a washer and dryer helped tremendously when show clothes needed a wash. The property is quiet and I only wish we could have stayed longer and utilized the back porch area. Hopefully we’ll be back again.

Short trip for wrestling tourament

This property was just perfect for us. There were 6 of us total coming for the TN State wrestling tournament and this house was less than 2 min from the arena. The house itself was clean and roomy with no complaints at all and everything was as advertised. Our 6 year old loved the jacuzzi bath lol! If we are ever in this area in the future, this is the first property we will look for!

Relaxing Home in quiet area

We stayed here for 4 nights in October 2024. The house was clean and neat upon arrival. OMG the beds were amazing, I'm obsessed and would love to find an excuse to travel here again just for the beds alone. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 plus two small dogs. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The view from the back deck was very peaceful. It was an easy drive to many different stores and restaurants as well as historical museums and of course, Nashville. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Unfortunately we had a medical emergency had to cancel our reservation and could not stay at the house, so I cannot give an accurate rating on any aspect other than the communication with the rental agent. This house is managed by a rental company with little interest in its clients. I received the same "canned" answers to different questions verbatim. This was especially upsetting when they responded twice to me regarding my family member with the medical issue with sympathetic words with the exact "canned" response of sympathy, supposedly from two separate "people". So either it's bots or these people are just so detached from their clients that they paste canned responses. Also, they want you to send a photo of your ID and Credit card or they won't rent to you, very uncomfortable experience. The house looked lovely, but the experience with this management company was sadly not good.

Nice but needs renovation’s

The place was alright. I’m a VRBO owner and my place is over 25yrs and it’s in better shape. When you arrived the front door is stuck. Ceilings have water stain marks throughout, trim and crown need attention! The shower in master bath had no lights they were broken and didn’t work. Tile cracked throughout as well. The refrigerator bottom panel was broken. The light switches have of them didn’t work or needed to be labeled. The towels were limited. The A/C worked nicely. Your home would be lovely but it needs to have a facelift! Your pictures or your listing needs to be updated.

Cozy and Well-Stocked Home with a Perfect Location for a Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Franklin, TN! While the home is a bit dated and has some imperfections, it truly offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was a standout feature, fully stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals, including a selection of traditional spices – a rare and much-appreciated bonus when traveling! The beds were ultra-comfy, with exceptional bedding that made every night a dream. There were plenty of towels for everyone, and the host thoughtfully provided essentials for laundry and the dishwasher, which was a huge help (recommend daily oven and counter top supplies allowing guests to keep the kitchen tidy:).The decorative fireplace added a touch of charm and coziness to the living space even though it is not functional. The furniture was incredibly cozy, and the location was absolutely perfect – surrounded by beautiful farms and plenty of room to roam and explore. Our Great Dane loved having the freedom to wander the property, and there was ample space for him to relax. One of the highlights was the owner's flexibility, allowing us to decorate for Christmas. It made our holiday feel extra special, and the local drop-off options for live trees and wreaths were very convenient. The city of Franklin itself was amazing, with so much to offer. We would absolutely visit again and recommend this property to families or groups looking for a peaceful and accommodating family Getaway!
