Beautiful 3 bdrm. 199- with large tropical patio, hot tub in gated community

Beautiful executive home in a gated communIty on the 9th fairway at Northern Hills C. C. in Northeast San Antonio. Ten min. from Airport, 20 min. from Downtown, close to all major highways. House is 3000 Sq. ft. with very open floor plan & high ceilings. Tiled 1000 Sq. patio which is like a large extra room, very private, a tropical paradise with 3 different types of palm trees, hot tub & outdoor billiards table. You can while away the time or just sit and relax & enjoy the beautiful bug free evenings that only south Tx. can offer.
The cassita(3rd bedroom) is separated from the house by breezeway complete with full bathroom and tv. so if you have 2 couples it is very private. Media room is only room upstairs complete with 60 in. Samsung Smart tv, with sound bar and half bath. This room can accommodate additional sleepers with new aero queen size blow up mattress. Other features include cable TV, DSL wireless internet & house alarm. We have additional TV’s in main living room off kitchen and in Master Bedroom.

San Antionio is a premier tourist destination. There's so much to do here - World famous beautiful River Walk, The Alamo, Six Flags, Sea World, tons of golfing and shopping. Hill Country and quaint Tx. towns are close by as well as the 200 plus premium Outlet Store in San Marcos just 25 miles away.

Perfect home for our family vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. Communication prior to our stay was quick and easy. Lots of helpful instructions before our stay and in the home which was helpful. The home was clean, had plenty of space and a nice outdoor area. We loved how each family had their own bathroom and plenty of space. Would definitely stay there if we visit Texas again!

Lovely, elegant home.

Lovely, comfortable home next to golf. Has a hot tub but we were too busy to jump in. Visiting for our grandson’s Airforce boot camp graduation. The house had everything needed and was conveniently located. We would stay again.

Quiet and cozy home away from home

Pearl helped make our family trip wonderful. We enjoyed the gift basket with personal note and the care she put into the local restaurant/activities recommendations. We’ll book again the next time we visit the area. Home was lovely, very quiet and serene. 10/10 highly recommended.

Great Place

The locality and convenience was perfect for everything we wanted to do from the Alamo and River Walk, the Caverns, to Schlitterbahn!!! Excellent home away from home. Very nice floor plan that accommodated 3 adults and children ages 11-13. I Highly Recommend this house. Owners were awesome to deal with on our stay.

Great place to hang out!

Great house in a convenient location

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The house was very clean and the owner was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for seeing San Antonio

The house was within 30 minutes of SeaWorld, Lego land and Alamo. House extremely quiet and outside patio was the bomb. Loved hot tub and outside furniture. The house was very well stocked and the sleeping areas very isolated from kitchen/living room. The casita was great for the grandparents to relax for awhile

Wonderful home... felt like home

We were in town for the Senior Games Pickleball tournament at Morgan's Wonderland and the location was perfect. Five ladies fit comfortably for a girls' getaway weekend. Plenty of instructions throughout the home to answer any questions that came up. We would stay again in the future!

Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped

Love the fragrant trees, the property was well maintained. The Casita was a very nice bonus. the media room was fun and comfortable for 6. good location for San Antonio and area sightseeing.

Awesome place & hosts

We were all very pleased with the house it was exactly as described. The hostess went one step further not only in proving information on accessing property but also giving detailed information for services in the surrounding areas. We loved staying here and we all felt welcomed and safe. We highly recommend this host and property.

Beautifully appointed home!

This home is stunning and comfortable and literally has EVERYTHING you need. Pearl is a great communicator as well and did everything to make our stay great! The gated community is super cute and nice neighbors.

Beautiful spacious home

We had a wonderful time at Pearl's house. She was so responsive when we contacted her. The neighborhood was nice. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen so well stocked with everything you'd need. I highly recommend this property.

Great find!

This property was all it stated and more...My family and I decided to meet half way for Christmas and this hidden gem definitely served us well! Its a beautiful home through and through. We did have a few questions during our stay and the host was attentive, kind and very informative. I definitely recommend, would book again in a heartbeat!

Away from the snow!

We rented property to spend a week out of the snow and cold mn weather with 6 adults. Perfect space for 6 with own bathroom. Courtyard was perfect to relax in sun. Would for sure come back!

Great stay in San Antonio!

This is a beautiful home that is safe and secure and the perfect stay for families or friends. We were 2 couples and 2 teens and we call had space to hang out, plenty of bathrooms and the patio was very nice. Communication was excellent and nice touches throughout the house. Its about 10 min from the Riverwalk and you want that in San Antonio. Very safe, in a gated community and secure home. Definitely stay here!
