This guesthouse is situated on the same property as the owners property residence. The guesthouse has an open concept with a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower, laundry. A smart TV to watch your favorite movies. Beautiful view out of the large patio door. Private patio with BBQ. Fire pit to enjoy, beautiful gardens and nature. Short walk to beach on Lake Erie. Short drive to Turkey Point and Long Point beaches. Many mountain bike trails, ziplining, wineries, bird conservatory, and bird watching areas all close by. Door code will be given before arrival. Can arrive at 3pm or anytime after.

Wonderful guest house. The property is beautiful inside and out, all of the amenities are there and top notch. Helene and Ko are wonderful hosts. Would recommend this property to everyone!

Fantastic property and hosts. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed the lake, walks, runs, and one of the local restaurants (Tipsy Pirate). The property is even better in person than in the photos. The grill on the outside patio was a nice touch that we took advantage of. We appreciated the reasonable price.

Although the pics of this property are spot on, the pics don’t do justice! This property is so beautiful and clean! Everything was so easy from communication with the host to checking out. Helene and Ko are very friendly hosts and my husband and I will definitely be back next year! Highly recommend this property.

Short stay getaway

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights but wanted more. The home is immaculate! Very clean and has all amenities you would need. The hosts are friendly, always available and attentive to detail. Definitely will be booking again.

My wife and I stayed here in July 2025 while looking for something quiet, clean, and relaxing in the Turkey Point area—and this rental exceeded our expectations! It felt virtually brand new, was immaculately clean, and tucked away in a peaceful, almost hidden location. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We spent our days visiting local wineries and biking the scenic Lynn Valley trail between Simcoe and Port Dover. A fantastic getaway—highly recommended!

Perfect Getaway

This truly was a 5/5 stay. Helene thought of every possible luxury one could want. It's a perfect place for a few days or a longer stay. She was extremely helpful with places to eat or visit. The gardens and view were quiet and refreshing.

A private little paradise

What an incredible experience it was staying here. The hosts did everything they could to make it feel like a second home. The accommodation looked brand new and spotless, while the property will take your breathe away. I truly can't recommend this place enough, and cannot wait to return!

Cozy romantic getaway

This place is one of the best cozy guesthouses! The hosts are super friendly and amazing ! This guesthouse can’t get any better ! From the bed! To the open concept room, with kitchen … also this place has an incredible bathroom and laundry room! The organization is incredible and super clean too! 5 stars from the two of us !!

Truly amazing place. Every luxury is cared for. It is the guesthouse beside the host’s own home, on their property (I’d never done a guesthouse before so I figured that out). You get full access to their yard and garden, which are amazingly well kept, great chairs and BBQ.The interior is really cozy as well with great decor, comfy bed and kitchen, and everything you need. There didn’t seem to be a microwave but you just confirm that with the host. Otherwise all kitchen amenities are provided for, even spices and coffee.Washroom was amazing, really nice shower and towels and such. And the bed is great to sleep on, super comfortable and cozy.One of the best places I’ve stayed in. Communication with the host was clear and timely, and she even personally welcomed us in and out of the place.Location is good, truly a couple minutes’ walk to a little beach, in a quiet neighbourhood, and close to Turkey Point Provincial Park.Book this place- it’s truly exceptional, a luxury hotel service with warm nature lodge vibes.

Perfect Getaway

My partner Jill and I just spent a perfect weekend in this Normandale VRBO. The pictures do not do it justice. It is perfect in every way. Bed linens, towels, furnishings, all A1. The shower if the best. Great mattress and pillows. We were greeted by our hosts Helene and Ko and given an orientation. The apartment faces the back of their beautiful property and presents a wonderful view. Our hosts were there in a heartbeat when we needed them, and otherwise left us in peace. There is a firepit in the back of the property where we ended each evening of our visit. The care and attention to detail and the needs of their guests is apparent in everything about the place. You will not be disappointed. Also it is a short walk from Tacos and Tequila, the neighbourhood restaurant. Very good food, (try the fish tacos), and excellent service. Looking forward to a return trip. Jill and Mike July 2024

Helene has made has created a charming atmosphere that provides the most relaxing and comfortable stay that is second to none. This is the cleanest, most fully equipped and inviting place I have ever stayed. I am really looking forward to my next trip to the area so I can stay here again. Thank you Helene for being such a thoughtful and kind hostess.
