Oceanfront Condo with amazing beach and sunsets in Nuevo Vallarta, MX

A perfect get away spot for couples or a great vacation location for small families! Family friendly Marina Fiesta 3rd floor ocean front! Sip margaritas with your front row seats watching gorgeous Mexican sunsets! Marina Fiesta has the largest fine sand beach in Nuevo Vallarta with plenty of palapas, chairs, palms and room to relax! We have 2 large pools and 4 smaller ones plus kids play areas and kids pool. Our condo is ideally suited for 1 to 5 people, 5 people (all ages) is the max.
The space
IMPORTANT you must read notes on mandatory fees charged by Marina Fiesta and kitchen cleaning below, they are not high but they are mandatory. Please also read the HOUSE RULES before making a reservation.


The Property:
Located at Marina Fiesta Condo complex which is one of the largest beachfront properties in Nuevo Vallarta. Lots of pools, grass areas, huge beach area with soft sand, palapas, palms and chairs and as a bonus excellent waves! Oh yah, and there's even free wi-fi on the beach but be sure to enjoy the sun-sand-surf-family more!

There are two large main pools and 4 smaller pools plus a kids pool and kids play area. All pool and beach areas have chairs, tables and loungers. The common area (lobby) is wide open with tables, chairs, couches and free wi-fi. There is a beach restaurant with food service to the beach and pools or take a break and dine in on their open patio

The Living Space:

Master bedroom: oceanfront view and balcony, 1 king bed, night tables, TV, air conditioner, dresser, mirror and ceiling fan ***Note for returning guests: starting 2025 the main bedroom has been changed from 2 double beds to 1 king bed.

Bedroom 2: 2 double beds, night table, dresser, mirror, TV, ceiling fan, mini fridge.

Kitchen with stove, fridge, sink, bottled water dispenser, coffee maker, microwave oven and portable oven plus everything else you need! Please note there is only a portable oven in the condo, not a full oven.

There is a cooler and there are kids beach and pool toys in the storage room for your family to enjoy. Please ensure that everything is returned clean when done, thank you.

**IMPORTANT: THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED TO STAY IN OUR CONDO IS 5 (TOTAL OF ALL ADULTS, CHILDREN AND INFANTS), THIS IS OUR RULE. IF THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE CHECKING IN IS MORE THAN 5 THE CONDO RECEPTION WILL NOT ALLOW YOU IN and your stay will not be refunded. Our condo is not ideally suited for families with very young children.
*** The condo charges a room set up fee which is like a cleaning charge and provides a full set of fresh linens and bathroom towels for your stay, this fee will vary based on how many beds and bathrooms are used. The maximum set up fee for our condo is 480 pesos. Requesting new/replacement towels or linens will incur an additional charge which you must pay.
*** The condo charges a FORE fee which is a fee for "hotel like" services, it is not a hotel however, it is our private condo. The FORE fee is 100 pesos per person per day (age 12 and over) and covers basic daily cleaning services: taking out garages, sweeping or mopping the floors, making the beds, cleaning the bathrooms and tiding up non personal items.
*** The kitchen must be cleaned when you leave or there will be a fee charged to have it cleaned. It is checked by housekeeping before you leave so please ensure that it has been cleaned, any charges relating to an un clean kitchen are your responsibility to pay before you leave. Any stained or excessively dirty bedding will also need to be paid for
Please note that these fees may be changed at any time by the condo management.
Guest access
You will have access to all pools, the expansive beach area, all common areas and gardens plus free parking if needed
Other things to note
As mentioned, Marina Fiesta is a private condo complex with ‘hotel like’ services. When you arrive at Condominio Marina Fiesta you will check in at the front desk reception. A refundable security deposit of three thousand pesos will need to be charged to a credit card. This deposit is used towards the charges and fees listed below and any unused portions are refunded back to you at check out.
There is a one time condo set up fee of $484 pesos and a housekeeping charge of $100 pesos per person per night, this charge includes the maids daily general cleaning service of the condo including making the beds, cleaning the floors, cleaning the bathroom and removing the garbage. This charge is a mandatory charge done by Marina Fiesta to ensure the continued cleanliness of the complex and help prevent insects and rodents.

Optional services and charges:
- New linens and towels during your stay: 484 pesos and must be requested from reception
- New bathroom towels only: $24 pesos per bathroom towel. Bathroom towels are not replaced unless you request them to be.
- Beach/pool towels are available for rent at reception at a cost of $26 pesos each. You can keep them as long as you wish or change them for new ones for ($26 peso fee for each change) . You may also bring your own beach towels.
-Water bottles: Large bottles of water for the water dispenser are available from reception, it is 40 pesos +10 pesos delivery if you want them to bring it up.

When checking out, the dishes and kitchen must be clean or Marina Fiesta will charge you a 300 peso cleaning fee. This fee is your responsibility
