Dunedin’s attractions and its closeness to Central, the Catlins and surrounding areas.
The apartment features an open plan kitchen dining and lounge on the first level, along with the
laundry and a toilet.
Large slide doors lead directly from the dining area to a spacious deck, lawn and garden with
furniture ideal for outdoor dining.
The bedrooms on the upper level each have a queen sized bed as well as a separate bathroom with
bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite.
