This tranquil, 1076.3 sq ft, 2br/2ba ground floor corner unit in Runaway Bay is just steps from the swimming pool and near the crosswalk to your private, 6-mile stretch of beach alongside the sparkling, sapphire Gulf. This pool is the largest heated saltwater pool on the island! Amenities abound here at Runaway Bay! This condo is perfect for couples, small families, and snowbirds.

Pet Policy:
One pet with a maximum weight limit of 25 pounds is permitted. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without compensation.

Living Space:
This comfortable and convenient ground-floor unit has tile floors and an open-concept kitchen/living/dining area that makes for easy entertaining. The light, bright, and airy interior is a soothing seafoam color with cream, white, and sand dune accents. The mid-century coastal living room has a plush sofa and armchairs upholstered in neutral, earthy hues. The sitting area is nicely arranged around a coffee table and entertainment cabinet with a SmartTV. Relax here to socialize, read, or stream your favorite shows. Sliding glass doors from the living room open out to the covered patio with direct pool access.

Kitchen:
The fully-equipped kitchen has white cabinets, quartz countertops, a 4-burner electric range, a full-size fridge/freezer combo, a microwave, dishwasher, oven, and double basin sink. Plenty of counter space for meal prep! The breakfast bar, which offers stool seating for two, is a great spot to sip your morning coffee or fresh-squeezed citrus juice. Additional items include a drip coffee maker & Keurig, a toaster, a blender, etc. Just off the kitchen is a washer and dryer.

Dining:
The coastal-style dining area is situated below a ceiling fan. The rectangular table has six rattan chairs. Fix a tropical fruit salad for lunch, grill steaks, or fresh seafood for dinner. This large table is a comfortable gathering space to share family-style meals. The dining area also features a built-in bookshelf and island-themed art and decor.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

This stylish ground floor condo has 2br/2ba, three beds, and can accommodate up to four guests. Both bedrooms have a soothing seafoam, cream and white color palate, wall-to-wall carpeting, smart TVs, closets, bureaus, and ensuite baths. Both sparkling-clean bathrooms have oversized vanities, large, well-lit mirrors, towels, hairdryers, and toiletries.

The primary bedroom has a King bed with matching nightstands, reading lamps, a bureau with a large mirror, a large closet, and tasteful coastal decor. The primary has an ensuite bath with a large, single-sink vanity and a glass door walk-in shower with handicap railings.

Outdoor Amenities:
This stylish ground-floor condo has a covered patio with rattan patio furniture. A great spot to enjoy tropical breezes as you sip an evening cocktail! A paved path leads from your backyard right to the pool area. The pool area is beautifully landscaped with palms, hibiscus, and silver buttonwood trees. The pool deck offers plenty of lounge chairs, grills, and umbrella-shaded picnic tables. This is a quiet and serene communal gathering place.

Enjoy a private beach/deeded beach access directly across the street. The beaches of Anna Maria flaunt the prettiest seashells in Florida. Anna Maria is also a top US location for rare seashells.

Access to resort-style amenities is a highlight of Runaway Bay! Swim in the island’s largest, heated, salt-water pool, play on the tennis/pickleball courts, or in the shuffleboard/bocce ball area. Work out in the fitness center, fish off the pier, or tie up at the private boat dock. The clubhouse offers ample community space with a large, fully equipped granite kitchen and bar area, as well as a TV lounge with sofas, tables, and a big-screen TV.

Runaway Bay is beautifully landscaped with lagoons, fountains, and tranquil views of Palma Sola Bay. Wildlife and birdwatching are favorite pastimes here. Dining, entertainment, and nightlife are just a few moment’s stroll from this convenient ground-floor unit. There is parking available for one car.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled on Anna Maria Sound, with views of Palma Sola Bay and just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, this ground-floor condo is a little slice of coastal heaven. Start your day watching the sunrise over the bay on the community dock; end your day watching a stunning sunset on the beach. The common grassy area in the back also is a great space for kids to play. Set up some yard games! The grand pool area is a tranquil gathering place.

Swim in the turquoise Gulf of Mexico, where dolphins play daily. Bring your fishing gear to cast a line off the pier, or rent a boat to get out on deep water and fish. Walk to 14 different restaurants! The prime location offers an easy stroll to boutiques, entertainment, grocery market, and pharmacy. Nearby are boat rentals and sunset cruises, as well as jet ski, bike, paddleboard, boat, parasailing, scooter, and kayak rentals.

This tropical paradise also offers free trolley service for both tourists and residents. This free trolley makes a stop on Gulf Drive, right in front of the Runaway Bay Development.

Be sure to visit Anna Maria City Pier! Built in the early 1900s, this 700-foot-long pier provides a great vantage point for watching sunrises and sunsets, bird watching, and dolphin watching and provides views of Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. You can also fish off this pier.

Bridge Street Pier, located on the southern end of the island in Bradenton Beach, honors the past while still embracing the future with its ‘Old Florida’ charm mixed with new restaurants, shops, galleries, and more.

The island, surrounded by water and interlaced with canals, is host to many amazing sea creatures - among them are Loggerhead Turtles, Manatees, and dolphins. Loggerhead turtles are a protected species, and we have the Turtle Watch - a group of wonderful folks who search the beaches for nests and protect them until the eggs hatch (it is illegal for anyone to tamper with them). Manatees are also protected here in Florida - they are commonly seen in the summer when they leave their winter-warm waters and migrate south.
