The living room is the perfect place to make family memories as you gather around and play games or watch your favorite television shows.

There is a fully equipped kitchen so you can enjoy a homecooked meal if you don't feel like going out for a night on the town. You will have all you need to prepare your culinary masterpiece.

Find solice in the primary bedroom which has a cozy queen bed, and the second bedroom has plenty of room for 6 people on the two sets of twin over full bunk beds. Located in the hall, is a full size bathroom which has a bathtub and shower combination.

There is a full size washer and dryer located under the counter space in the kitchen so you won't have to worry about the struggle of going out to do laundry. This condo has Wifi, and flat screen televisions in each room.

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent, and this condo does not allow pets. Paid parking for 2 cars is on site.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
