Along with ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, this stunning resort has an 18-hole championship golf course (a Robert Trent Jones Jr. championship course surrounded by six mountain peaks), two heated swimming pools, three hot tubs, a seasonal 90-foot water slide, a fitness center, saunas, spa services, multiple restaurants, two private tennis courts, and 18 kilometers of cross-country skiing terrain, a fly fishing center, a cross-country ski center, and hiking and biking trails.

The Everline puts endless outdoor activities at your doorstep! In the winter, enjoy skiing, sledding, ice skating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and dog sled tours through the glistening landscape. In warmer months, stroll one minute to the stunning adjacent 18-hole championship golf course. Take a nature trail walk within the resort, hit hiking amid the peaks of Palisades Tahoe, or rent bikes and ride along the Truckee River Bike Trail - less than 3.5 miles from home. Drive 13 minutes to Alpine Meadows - an idyllic location for guided horseback rides.

Our beautiful 1-Bedroom 'Fireplace Suite' condominium that sleeps up to four with a king bed in a private bedroom and sofa sleeper in the living area. Cozy up next to the fireplace after a long day on the mountain.

From your room you have gorgeous views of the mountain, trees. Upscale appointments such as custom furnishings with rich tones, warm stain colors, natural slate and leather bar stools come together to provide the perfect mountain getaway. Adding to your comfort are fluffy comforters and pillows, a gas-fireplace with stone surround and wood mantle, LCD flat panel TV's, and high-speed wireless internet.

Use of the pools, spas, fitness center, internet in the room, shuttle to and from the Village are included with the Resort fee which is currently $55/day/unit plus tax; which is the same for every guest. Self-parking for one vehicle per unit is currently $35 a day and valet is more.

Everline Resort charges Ski and Snowboard storage for a nightly rate of $20 per set. Charges are not included in the price and will need to be paid directly to the resort.

Important: Ski and Snowboard equipment are strictly not permitted in the unit under any circumstances and will need to be stored by the resort on a nightly basis.
