This comfortable self-contained apartment is located on Level 23 and offers a relaxing stay on the Gold Coast, ideal for families, friends, or business travellers seeking modern comfort with resort-style facilities.
Bedroom Configuration
Master Bedroom: Features 1 King Bed (configured as 2 Single Beds combined and cannot be separated) with a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Features 2 Single Beds. Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. A fee of AUD $50 per night applies, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
Living and Dining
Separate Living Area: A comfortable living room featuring a lounge, TV, and dining area. Private Balcony: A private balcony offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax.
Bathroom and Laundry
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms. The master ensuite features a walk-in shower and toilet, while the second bathroom includes a shower over a bath and toilet. Internal Laundry: Equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.

Kitchen: Full-size kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances. Climate Control: Centralised air conditioning with both cooling and heating throughout the apartment. Building Access and Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access. Parking: Complimentary basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are shared and cannot be reserved.

Check-in and Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 600 metres from the apartment. Full check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Additional Bedding: An extra folding bed is available upon request for AUD $50 per night, including bedding and one bath towel. The folding bed must be booked for the entire duration of your stay. Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary. Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional. Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control.
