The open-plan layout includes a living area, dining space, and a well-appointed kitchen. The living area opens out onto the furnished deck with exansive views of Mount Wellington, Hobart city’s waterfront, and the River Derwent.
The three double bedrooms feature queen-size beds and built-in wardrobes, with the master bedroom including an en-suite. Several of the bedrooms also have a TV. The well-equipped kitchen caters to your creative cooking with modern appliances and plenty of counter space. Tasmanian produce is a privilege to cook with, and this well equipped kitchen will do it justice!
The internally accessed remote garage provides allows you to lock up your hire car and load up for your adventures from inside the house.
Outside, an expansive front deck overlooks the iconic mountain and river, and a secluded side deck allows you to enjoy the outdoors in privacy. The fully fenced yard creates a perfect outdoor space for leisure and play. This home is designed for comfort and convenience in mind, to facilitate a comfortable and memorable holiday.
There is also a washing machine with laundry liquid at the property for your use.
