MINUTES FROM THE STRIP AND SHOPPING! Plenty of room for everyone in this amazing open Floorplan home! A 55" wifi enabled Roku Smart tv greets you in the living room as you enter. Past the fireplace you'll find the dining room and a removable vegas style table top for all your favorite card games! Past the kitchen you'll find a reading nook and one of two master bedrooms. This one is oversized and the second master holds access to a 4 person sauna! this property offers covered RV parking also.

5 minutes to the Fremont Strip and the world renowned
Vegas Premium Outlets and 10 minutes to the Vegas Strip. A spacious 4 bedroom home on a quiet street just off the highway. close to everything but quiet as the countryside. Pool with all around safety fencing for children and a Sauna!
Other things to note
there is a video camera doorbell as well as cameras to monitor both sides of the house. there are no cameras inside the house or pointed at the pool area.
