This is an amazing home. Our grandson and his fiancee liked the separate small apartment. Be prepared for Northern California weather. Quite a bit of fog while we were there. Otherwise, great place to stay!

5 Stars doesn’t even begin to describe

This home was amazing. Each bedroom had a private bathroom which was wonderful. Checking in was seamless. The views were absolutely spectacular. Seriously one of the best homes we’ve stayed at.

Just stunning!

Our 3-generational family spent a long weekend in this absolutely stunning property in Los Osos. The views are simply breath-taking...The house is very spacious, well equipped for cooking and BBQing and the location next to Montana de Oro can't be beat. Everything was as described, communications, check-in and -out were easy. Would love to return some day.

Super Bowl get together

4 couples get together for Super Bowl been doing it for the last 10 years. Some live in northern cal dome in southern cal. We meet in the middle different place every year.

Amazing Property

This property is a true gem. It has amazing views of the ocean, sand dunes and Morro Rock. We spend a weekend here with family and the house layout was perfect for all of our needs. We were even able to rearrange the living room furniture for games with our niece and to watch the views through the floor to ceiling glass wall. We are already dreaming of returning to this property.

Very Nice

We had a great time during our stay here. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the deck overlooking the ocean and every evening we sat around the fire pit with a glass of wine. It's not a super fancy place but for the price it was wonderful. It was foggy and overcast every day we were there but we come from the hot and sunny central valley so it was great for us. We would gladly come back next year.

Fantastic View

Lovely home with a beautiful view. Lovely bedrooms in the main house with bathrooms for each. The cottage was a little small and dated, but did offer what we needed in a 4th bedroom and bathroom.. The home is fully furnished with anything you might need, including the kitchen. This was especially nice since we cooked/ate in every evening.We would definitely come back.

Conveniently located View Home

Our stay at this vacation rental was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with breathtaking views that stretched out over the ocean, all the way to the iconic Morro Rock. The views were mesmerizing, with waves rolling in over the ocean creating a serene atmosphere. Evenings were especially magical watching the sunset paint the sky with hues of orange and pink. The house itself was a haven of comfort and convenience. Inside, the house was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was a delight to cook in, with everything I needed readily available. I particularly appreciated the filtered drinking water, a thoughtful touch that added to the overall convenience. The location of the property was ideal. It was far enough away to provide a sense of tranquility and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet conveniently close to hiking trails, the beach, and downtown restaurants. From lounging on the deck, soaking in the panoramic views, to exploring the surrounding area, this vacation rental delivered unforgettable moments. I look forward to return for another unforgettable stay.

If you love the outdoors...

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers staying in the house 4 nights March 18-22. The house met our every need and expectation. There's a panoramic seascape of ocean, breaking waves, Morro Rock, sand dunes, and chaparral from window-walls in the great room and master bedroom. We had great weather and were able to use the amazing fire pit. The wood for it and the fireplace is provided. How nice! The outside space is large with multiple areas to sit with others or alone. We played pool in the garage and table top games on the large dining table. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, and appliances. There's a very efficient ice maker in the huge refrigerator/freezer. We recommend you check-in to the house before going to the grocery store as there are cupboards filled with spices and some staples that you wouldn't need to buy. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked both literally and figuratively. We were very comfortable and happy staying in this spacious house.

a view of forever!!!

Four couples (siblings) all stayed here and everyone loved it! The house is comfortable, full of history and charm and the view is 180 degrees of the coastline! Even though we had seen the pictures we gasped and could NOT believe it when we arrived!! It is an older home and thus there were a few issues. There was no hot water in the shower in the 'guest house' and we needed to fix the BBQ before we could use it. Luckily one of us was able to do that! It had not been cleaned (used) in a long time and there was a lot of grease on the grill which we had to burn off for some time before it was usable (and move the BBQ away from the house so the resulting flames would not catch anything on fire!). But we enjoyed the privacy and spectacular view, watching sunsets, high surf along the coastline, hiking the nearby trails to the beach and just relaxing in this comfortable home. It really was a great experience and we all agreed we would return!

Our stay at this Los Osos property was exceptional. The home is spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed for gatherings with family and friends. There is so much to do in the surrounding areas, including hiking, beach time, whale watching, and many farmers markets in the nearby towns. However, since the deck and patio offered such stunning ocean views, it was easy to justify just staying put with a good book and a cup of coffee! The property was clean, welcoming, and equipped with everything we needed for a seamless stay. We highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a peaceful and beautifully situated retreat on the Central Coast.

Beautiful house and view was incredible! The oversized patio doors opening onto the deck made the house even more special! Very clean and owner very repsonsive! Lots of space and the 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms is a rarity and added to the comfort and convenience of our stay.

Five girlfriends celebrate turning 80!

What a perfect place to celebrate. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The warm and comfortable decor made us feel like we were staying in a family members home. Gorgeous kitchen and baths and those views! . Side trips to Avila Beach and Cambria were such fun. Denise was so helpful in every detail of our stay and we can't wait to return.

Beautiful, relaxing and peaceful

My family stayed here for four nights, and did not want to leave. The views were amazing and the home was in a great location to explore beaches and the surrounding towns.There was such a feeling of calmness looking through the windows at the beautiful water and sky. Reading the history of the home owner and his connection with Disney and being the voice of Eeyore was fun to know.Host was quick to respond to any questions I had also.Highly recommend this lovely home.
