Luxury at its finest!

Beautiful 11th floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! Available through Luxury Beach Rentals, this fully remodeled 3 bedrooms / 3 bathroom suite located on the 10th floor provides spectacular direct oceanfront views of the Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront primary bedroom with a king bed and access to the huge balcony and a private bath. The primary bathroom features granite countertops, double vanities, a large walk-in shower, and tile flooring. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two queen beds and a private bathroom. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Other features include smart TVs in all rooms, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.


The condo is located in the heart of the Grand Strand’s “Golden Mile” in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children's splash pool all overlooking the beach. This condo is completely tiled to reduce allergens.

- 2nd Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed supported by a common bathroom
- 3rd Bedroom - 2 Queen Beds with a private bathroom

- 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

We’ve been loyal visitors to SouthWind and watched its construction. Very disappointed in the physical condition of 1005. Walls, plumbing, air conditioning. The flooring so filthy my white athletic socks completely black from the nastiness each of the 6 nights. So disappointed. This was a favorite destination for more than 20 years.

Did not see a host . Great condo to stay in. Plenty of room. The balcony was awesome right on the beach, drank morning coffee with the sun shining every day. Would stay there again!

Property is beautiful, modern and clean. Great location and ocean view. Host is prompt to respond and very helpful. Beds are comfortable with various pillow options. We were pleasantly surprised how roomy it was; plenty of room for 6. We loved how there were not a lot of knick-knacks, tables, and other items that take up unnecessary space. The pools and hot tubs were varying temps and perfect to rotate thru during the day. It is kid friendly as well. Easy access to the beach, which is clean and beautiful. Two things we wish were different but don't affect our rating: There are no beach items included; only two beach chairs that sit on the sand, not standard size. There are plenty of local bargain stores to get cheap sand toys. There are also no beach towels, again, just giant to pack for out of state travel. One item not related to the rental - there is no bathroom at ground level, we had to go back to the room every time. There was supposedly one on the second floor but we couldn't locate it (also didn't look too hard). Outside of these convenience wishes, we have no complaints. It was a great experience and we highly recommend!

Condo at the beach

This is a beautiful property right on the beach. Everything was very nice, well appointed, clean and well kept.We chose this property for Spring break the week before Easter, because of the heated indoor pool. They SCHEDULED maintenance on that pool and it was closed. Our young grand kids were not able to enjoy the thing that they wanted to enjoy the most.

Wonderful accommodations!!

This was a Spring Break trip for our grandsons and our condo at Southwind didn't disappoint!! Everything was up to date, neat and clean, kitchen fully equipped, beds very comfortable and living room furniture was comfortable! I recommend this unit to others!

Ladies Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean, bright and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the towels were nice and thick like my own towels at home. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning. The view was beautiful and the building was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the location as it was close to great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return to this property.

Enjoyable Stay

Easy access to the Ocean was very convenient. It was very disappointing that there was no furniture on the balcony. And the Ice machine barely made ice. The fan in the master bedroom was making noise the night before we left. All in all it was a great time.
