The view makes the property. The building where the Condo is located is dated.The facilities (laundry etc) in the basement are not inviting. The Condo is quite comfortable and well maintained. We would rent the condo again if we are in Steamboat.

Summer hiking

Condo is very clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, and large common area with dining table. Access to hiking on the ski mountain was easy and the hiking was great! Also numerous other nearby hikes. Will plan to stay here again!

Loved this property right on the mountain. Great view off the wrap around deck. Easily walk/ski/bike to the base. We walked out the door and hiked straight up the mountain. Also biked down to the path along the river into town and caught a bus back. The unit was clean, well stocked and the parking was easy. Highly recommended any time of year.

We had an AMAZING stay at Storm Meadows Club A-219! This condo had everything we needed and the view of the slopes is spectacular! The host’s communication is great. Very fast response. We loved the fireplace in the morning with our coffee. We also loved the wrap around balcony of the corner unit. We were able to enjoy the sauna and hot tub after a day of skiing and the shuttle down to the base area was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to The Boat!

Storm Medows VRBO

Stay was during warmest and least snowy winter on record. The unit was great while lacked ski in/out accommodations, a risk in late March of any year. There is a shuttle bus from the property while we instead parked at the free parking near gondola square, an acceptable"plan B". This of course was no reflection on the unil, while had newly remodeled bathrooms and great beds with a great view of the (empty/bare!) slopes.

Lacking Cleanliness

When we arrived I did a walk through and found a dirty diaper on the floor of one of the bedrooms. I notified the company of this and they offered a simple apology. Later that night we noticed the kitchen had not been swept as there were large crumbs on the floor and the floors were not vacuumed as there were small pieces of trash on the floor. Also one trash can had trash in it. Otherwise we enjoyed the location and views (we stayed in July). No A/C in the unit which is mostly fine. We happened to stay during a heat wave. There are 2 box fans in the unit but one shakes fairy violently at times and makes loud noises.

Very nice property. Location is very nice and parking was easy. Unit was very clean. A bit dated in some aspects. Well appointed and good space for a family. Management was super east to contact with any questions and very quickly responded. Is a but far from ski base but had great views of the resort.

Being ski in and ski out, but a little further from the base is certainly a consideration when booking, but we absolutely think ski in and out access is the best! Next time, look out for the free shuttle! They can take you to the base, too. Thank you again for being great guest!

Nice view of the lift, runs and valley. Not walking distance down to town, but very close. Still able to take trail runs out the door in the summer, and mountain bike from there.Used the balcony in the evenings. Same level as the parking lot, but second story off the back.We'd stay there again. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and updated.

Excellent

The location is perfect for both steamboat skiing and anything you might want to do in the town of Steamboat Springs itself. Parking was very easy and accessible and the directions and guide/instructions we were provided with was very well thought out and comprehensive. Every question we had was answered within minutes. I would definitely stay again if I were in the area.

Steamboat stay

Great location. Wish that there were better instructions about how to utilize the 'ski in' / 'ski out'. Just a paragraph or two left in the unit would do it. Also, when we inquired with the manager about whether there is bus/shuttle service from the unit they (twice) sent us a city bus schedule. I find it hard to believe that that is the only transportation solution other than uber or driving yourself.
